    I have been playing games for my entire life sometimes for 10 hours straight as a kid never had any issues recently started playing FPS games like CSGO a year ago and now I just can’t focus it feels blurry even in game cannot keep focused on a guy it’s now just random shots without even seeing or focusing on him.

    Consider using a glare light filter. This is quite a good investment if like most of us your occupation and day to day life requires a lot of digital devices around you! A blue light screen protector is a great place to start, which can keep your eyes very relaxed.

    Need help. There's a weird small water skin ballon(idk what it's called) underneath of my eyelids, and it always hit my eyeball every time I blink. I need help. It kinda little painful. Poking my eyeball softly. Idk why it causes these. It just happened In the morning as I wake up.

      I'm not familiar with people getting sick (e.g., colds, virus or bacterial infections) specifically from gaming.

    I plan on going the the eye doctor already but I am concerned about my left eye… I watched my computer for about a month and my eye at first the eyelid started twitching, which is kinda normal… but now I’ll get a sharp pain every now an then in the same eye!! What is that??

    • @EsportsHealthcare
      @EsportsHealthcare  2 роки тому

      Unfortunately, we're not in a position to give you advice on a specific pain pattern. You already mentioned seeing the eye doctor, and that's our only appropriate recommendation. I'm sorry I can't provide anything more specific.

      @@EsportsHealthcare I went yesterday and it was dry eyes from not blinking enough while on the computer.. Just cost about $105.. I didn’t ask for advice about a specific pain pattern?? Or any advice at all really, I was asking if you knew of any other things it could possibly be since google is not the place to ask..& I’m realizing now this isn’t the place to ask either.. loll but thank you for trying, a bit of a confusing answer though considering this video is talking about “specific eye pain patterns gamers face” 😄

    Hey man I have had eye strain for 3 days and I’ve kinda limited screen time and I kinda feel a bit better but I just don’t know how long it will last?

      Go to the doctor

    • @EsportsHealthcare
      @EsportsHealthcare  3 роки тому +1

      I can't specifically say how long eye strain would bother you. Like Ace Aylo had said previously, your best bet is to see your eye doctor and discuss your concerns with them.

    I’m kind of scared, I have online school, on my phone, and playing video games all day. I’ve noticed my eyes cross for a split second a few times.. I’m really scared. What do I do? Because I want to go pro in some video games, so I need to practice.

    • @EsportsHealthcare
      @EsportsHealthcare  3 роки тому +1

      Don't panic, but I think you should schedule an appointment with an eye doctor to get everything checked out. I'd rather not give you advice without first performing a physical examination.
      If your eyes are physically crossing, it could be an issue with the muscles and eye strain--as we explained briefly in this video and in more detail on this post: esportshealthcare.com/eye-strain-in-gamers/
      If you're experiencing double vision, there may be other issues. Again, I wouldn't stress or feel worried before hearing what a specialist says, but it would be a good idea to get yourself checked out by a eye doctor.

    • @kyliehazard7200
      @kyliehazard7200 3 роки тому

      @@EsportsHealthcare ok I will, interesting, I’ll check it out, thank you! Also, do you think it could be the fact that like 5 years ago I had some eye problem where my eyes would move really fast or something, and I can still shake my eyes now because of it, so I had to wear glasses for a few years.

    • @EsportsHealthcare
      @EsportsHealthcare  3 роки тому +1

      If you have a history of eye issues, it's certainly possible that it could have flare-ups or exacerbations afterwards. However, I'm not an optometrist nor ophthalmologist, so I don't want to speak too much about specific eye ailments as it's not my primary scope of practice.
      I'm sorry I can't help you further, but I'd rather have you see an expert and get your questions answered by someone whose career is eye ailments.

      I'm sorry you're having a difficult time. Unfortunately, I cannot help you, directly. Our best suggestions are outlined in this video and in this post: esportshealthcare.com/eye-strain-in-gamers/
      We are not eye-care professionals, so we don't want to make specific suggestions about your eye care. My best advice would be to make sure you're blinking; also, discuss with your eye doctor if you can get eye drops to help with the dry eyes.

    • @EsportsHealthcare
      @EsportsHealthcare  2 роки тому +2

      Legally speaking, we cannot recommend health or wellness supplements, and eye drops fall under this category. If you are interested in using eye drops to reduce your eye strain, you will need to speak with your doctor.
      I'm sorry that I'm unable to provide more valuable information about eye drops.
