Your video is so useful ! I was so happy to read that you can pay extra for diving experience even with no diver package but when I ask that question to their mail contact, they said that is not possible…. I’m wondering if they are not trying to make me buy the more expensive option…
Whaaaaaat no way! I wonder if they changed the rules :( cuz when I inquired them about it via email during booking, they said can always pay extra to do diving experience there with an instructor.. and u won’t need a diving permit.
I remember it was around RM500 per person but I wonder what the more expensive option would be if there is any?? 😕😕

No AC there, so hot. The storm at night was a nightmare. I felt our roof was about to be teared off by wind.
The rain storm at night can definitely be pretty intense but every chalet does come with AC so it wasn’t too hot unless you’re outside :)

Hi! Yes all the drone shots you’re seeing in the video is shot with DJI Mini 3 Pro :)
Could you please help me with the cost details of this place
Can the hotel arrange pickup at other timeslots, say at extra cost? Cos the flight I booked will arrive at noon
You would have to ask the hotel directly for that. But I doubt they arrange other time slots because I made sure to book an early morning flight to arrive in time for the airport pick up and the hotel advised us to do that as well.

Hi! I booked through their website which you can see my booking process at 0:56 :)
There is phone service but there is no WiFi at the resort. And unfortunately for me, my room was at the far end of the resort so I didn’t have any phone service from my room which you can see my experience at 10:03 🥲 Only when I go closer to the main area of the resort then I can get phone service😭

Can we add extra bed if we have four members? Any extra charge for it?
Hi! I know when I inquired them last year for booking, 3 adults in one chalet would give you a 5% discount so I would assume more people means more discount? And if you see at 7:18, there are extra bed mats provided in the room and the chalet is super spacious so can definitely fit more than 3 people. I'm not sure if extra bed would mean extra charge... might be best to ask them directly for updated information :)
