Absolutely love this home for me. So cozy and comfortable. A great home.
Don't love the lay out of the rooms, but this home is beautifully decorated. The warmth of the wood and brown tones marry well with the cool grey tones. Everything blends nicely! The kitchen design is very unique, also. The rooms are all a nice size, unlike some new builds I've seen with bedrooms the size of closets. With a slightly different layout, this home would be stunning! It was a bit too close to the neighbors and the outdoor space looked small. I like the powder room at the front of the house but not necessarily right at the entrance. It would have been better to have a closet there ( I didn't notice one) and maybe have the powder room next to it. There needs to be a closet at the entrance. I also like the black interior doors. This is going on my ' favorites' list! Btw, the music is perfect.😊

Overall the home was nice, however they were some design issues I saw. Why put a white vent in the grey ceiling next to a beautiful chandelier? It takes away umph. As a cook, the sink is too far away from the stove. The window in the office is too high and not position for someone to see anything. Research suggest a window(s) at eye-level foster creativity in a work environment. The tub in the master bathroom sits in a tight corner between pointed edges of both sinks can be dangerous. A slip getting in or out of the tub, one could easily hit their head on either corner of the sinks.
Yeah.. the other issue I saw was the oven is at the end of the kitchen which leads into a walkway/hallway. If someone opens the oven and someone walking to go into the kitchen isn’t paying attention could walk into the opened oven door.
Don't they tornados and bad weather in Southern states. Why so many glass windows and doors. Are the windows storm proof?
Also needs a double oven. Never understood using white outlet plates on dark walls. And it’s easy to paint vent covers to match the wall paint.
I agree! Can you imagine trying to walk all the way to that sink to drain some pasta
Beautiful home...the only thing I did not care for was the stove too far from the oven and the pantry door too close to the refrigerator. Also, the backyard was small. It's still a stunning home

Real beautiful outside made of house and real beautiful scene's seen inside the building of the made-up luxuries in the house is real beautiful; and what would be even moreso beautiful of such beautiful to be made affordable for fair doing persons or for fair and beautiful doing persons to can afford to live in for the real beautiful and or real helpful that they have done and or do for persons in certain city state and or country to live in peace and or comfort.😘

I've always wanted a soaking tub in front of a window but not if it means sacrificing privacy in view of the neighbor.
Hahaha…I agree. The builders do offer different types of glass though, which offer more privacy.

It sure is a lot of kitchen seating, which may not be used on a day-to-day basis, but it's a model home, and they're showing the different options buyers have. You can design this home in many different ways when building it.
The sink is to far from the stove and the cabinets are to high. I wou love the home for the right price but the pantry is to small, women love big pantries and also if you want to do it right put a working cabinet in the kitchen pantry.
Wouldn’t the end portion of your comment about the pantry be similar to saying you’d want a closet in your closet?

The higher storage in the kitchen is for infrequently used items and decoration. Organization is key.
Bathroom right at front door no, front door area lower roof who would like to break out a ladder just to change light bulb. One window on roof no. This home doesn’t have wow factor . The kitchen omg no go back and redesign it.
Lol I agree somewhat about the bathroom. Most ppl get to their doors and need to go. I wouldn't mind it none if the front door opened the other way, leaving the bathroom behind it.
@@msjuicycouture22 agree but I was thinking what if you had guest, get together and someone had to go number 2 and you had people coming in door smelling that gross.. so that’s way I would want it so close to front door , like mid way down hall of front door around on right or left side.
I agree with you all! This house is a NO... I wanted to see a nice larger single story home, and this wasn't it. I don't even like stairs right next to the front door, and this one has the nerve to have a toilet right there?!😒
It's a powder room for guest so they don't have to go into the private area of your home.
@@tonyamontgomery2733 yea we get that what your not getting is it being right at front door your have people over someone goes in takes a cramp and you got other people coming in and smells that. Yea.. no… the vent they put in don’t work all that well to put that smell out.
No impressed with the builder and interior design was so funky and somethings wrong!!!
