I have had the pleasure of seeing In This Moment in concert twice, the first time was at Rock On The Range in 2015 and about had a religious experience. They put on an amazing show. I respect Maria Brink as a performer and after seeing this video I respect Ms. Brink as the stand up, bad ass chick she is.
She handled the situation pretty well, but what the fuck were 8 year olds doing at a concert like this? Why was security not doing their job? It seems to be happening more & more that the artists have to take care of things rather than the appropriate people.
My first show was Carnival of Madness in 2013, I was 13 at the time, I was in front row. That is how we discovered ITM.. I think Shinedown was headlining.
If a kid loves music they should be able to fucking go to the concert. They shouldn't have to avoid seeing certain bands/singers they love just because other people can't fucking control themselves.
She reminds me alot of my sister who is sadly no longer here. I listen to her music all the time and can relate to a good amount of it. There's a hand full of people I would like to meet, and she's one of them.
i really love maria brink's personality because she so kind and very sweet. i wish i could go to one of her concerts but when i want to my sisters blurts out theres an Otep concert and i end up going to the Otep concert. i really love otep and in this moment sooo much. i might go to an otep concert im Gallup. But people please be respectful to others and the band while at a concert and be safe!!! im 13 yrs old and a female.

People in metal concerts need to start behaving. Nothing wrong with getting drunk or high. Nothing wrong with getting wild. Nothing wrong with mosh-pits and variants. But if you know that under the influence you become a bothering son of a bitch, hold yourself back or don't go to the fucking concert. I get too fucking tired of people blowing their fucking cannabis to my face. I get too fucking tired of people going into mosh-pits with gigantic spiked bracelets that can easily hurt somebody. I get too fucking tired of people trying to drag other people into the pits when they're not willing to participate.
