Antarctica is a continent located in the extreme south of our planet.
A white stage that we are all capable of recreating in our minds but that very few have actually seen. The impressive surface and harsh weather conditions have made Antarctica one of the most inhospitable places on Earth, but also one of the most interesting and studied.
In winter, when the Antarctica sea freezes over, the Antarctic continent takes on a size equal to the size of the US and Mexico combined.
It is estimated that, at any given time, there are 300,000 icebergs sailing in the Antarctic Ocean and surrounding the continent like a belt of white asteroids.
Why don't penguins feet freeze in ice? Because otherwise, they would boil with heat. Their coats and fat are so effective that their legs literally serve as air conditioning for them.
The only warm-blooded animal left during the harsh winter in Antarctica is the male emperor penguin. It does so to nest the only egg laid by its partner, while the female goes for nine weeks to hunt in the sea and returns just in time to receive it upon hatching.
Antarctica is the largest desert in the world, measuring no more and no less than 14.2 million km2. An incredible extension, don't you think?
You won't find reptiles of any kind here. It is the only continent where there is none.
The reason why you will find these animals here, and why life here is very complicated even if you are warm-blooded, is because the lowest temperature to date has been recorded. The temperature in Antarctica is about -20 ° C.

People can create Penguin Sanctuaries in Antarctica by building some large hangars for them to shelter inside, during Antarctic winters. Even some stone-made walls probably help!!!

I like the narrative they tell, but I would have liked what they say to be linked to the video they show and not to be totally different from what we are seeing and hearing, and I also find it strange that they included videos that are not from Antarctica!
