In my head, Emma and Spinner get divorced and Sean comes back and they are married with kids right now. Even the makers of the show said that Sean and Emma should have been endgame and she and Spinner should have never happened.
i'm still NEVER gonna forget what peter did to sean. because if it wasn't for peter they would have still been together and he would of graduated. and the fact NO ONE told his mom the truth made me even more mad.

The writers themselves said they regret that decision now. It makes absolutely no sense. Semma absolutely was endgame. Probably my favourite Degrassi couple after Spinner and Jane (another Degrassi couple the writers ruined because they were bored)
Sean + Emma not ending up together was really the first time I got my heart broken by a TV show. I was still super young at the time it aired (12ish) and it made me so sad that they didn’t have that happy fairy tale ending I wanted them to. At 25 I can see why it didn’t work at the time but the hopeless romantic in me wants to believe love conquers all, and they found their way back to each other eventually 🥺

Sean + Emma will always be my fave couple from the show. I still don’t understand how the writers didn’t bring them back together in the end. Even Daniel and Miriam have said they should’ve ended up together. Endgame! Lol
This literally brought tears to my eyes watching their relationship go through so much🥺.
The writers really dont know how to have character leave the show properly, so instead leave a trail of a mess. They really just made drama for literally no reason between Emma and Sean when Sean found out about Jay. Then from there it went to shit and THEN whats up with Sean being brainwashed on the last episode we saw him? Hell, to this day I doubt Emma even knew about it only Mr.Simpson did but Hey have fun being shipped off Sean ohh btw Spin married your girl in a one night stand. Poor writing man just poor, if you disagree then idk what to say to yall.

Rumor has it that Degrassi will get a reboot. The creators already sad that it was a betrayal to the fans making spinner marry Emma. Even the actors themselves couldn’t hide their confusion during the filming. But Shane kippel (spinner) says he wants closure for Emma and spinner (sounds like an amicable break up to me) and Daniel Clarke says that he wants to see how Sean is doing when he comes back from Afghanistan (the PERFECT opportunity for the show to portray PTSD from a survivor’s point of view). So let’s make this happen guys!! We want the old class back definitely not the next class back!! (See what I did there? Lol 😂)

Emma is Sean's graudian angel.
If they never met he wouldn't have became the man he is toady (in degrassi).
When even the creator and writers say it was a mistake making Emma and Spinner endgame instead of Emma and Sean, that is enough to make the pairing non-canon. Just because spinner and Emma are married now doesn’t mean they will be in the future when Sean comes back from Afghanistan
I totally love long haired Sean Cameron, I thought long haired guys were so cute and were definitely amongst my type but despite that changing somewhat, Sean is still rocking the long hair 🥺 and he does it so good too!

The period scene was my favourite scene
All that build up and for what. Just so she can go off and marry Spinner after a one night stand. Emma and Sean's relationship wasn't perfect and quite frankly unhealthy at times, but there was something about it that I loved so much. I wish the story was written a bit differently though. I wish they was a time where Sean faced his demons alone and Emma fixed herself as well. Because the whole girl having to find the broken boy trope annoys me. And also S6 could've been their season, but noooooooo the writers put us through all that and for nothing. This is made Shawn not ending up with Angela heated. 😤😤😤😤😡

For me Degrassi ended at episode 731 where Sean takes off for the military! After that, the rest is up to the imagination but to me Sean comes back and marries Emma

Everybody go watch the degrassi minis (313-316 back to degrassi), especially part four! Emma and Sean are married and even have kids, it's too wholesome!
If a Degrassi reboot ever happens and when Emma and Spinner end up having a child/children, THEY NEED TO BE DIVORCED, and Emma could date Sean again and then marry him while Spinner could date either Paige or Jane again!!! That would be a great plot for a reboot we would ALL want to happen!!!

I just loved them so much. Just wrapped up season 7 honestly anything passed that lost my interest. I'm older now, probably too old to be watching Degrassi, but the original TNG was so good. Season6/7 it started going downhill I can't even watch 8. I keep fast forwarding to see Sean and Emma but like idk I can't do it.

My headcanon is that the marriage to Spinner never happened and Emma and Sean got back together when he came back.
This video is just perfect and it so reminds me of me and grade 9 literacy teacher and I'm not going out my teacher's name. It sucks when the person whose been like a body guard to you and like an older brother figure, and also like surrogate father to and like a father figure to you, like Sean was to Emma, leaves you and you never see that wonderful person ever again. 😢😭😲
