@@Kegels001 I does, but of course like all wide angle lenses it has it's limitations. If you want to have more detail, than a dedicated camera with a narrower field of view would be a good solution
Hello, can you configure the rear cam view? Make it mirrored and act as a rear view mirror? As shown in your video, the rear display is inverted making it confusing.

I like their products but customer service sucks. I’ve tried countless times to contact them about my issues. The unit will not allow me to connect with my phone. Password was never changed and doing a hard reset did not resolve my problem. So now I have a useless camera. And not a single reply from them.
I am happy to help you. Step one: click on the wifi symbol - can you turn on the wifi in your dash cam? If yes, do you see the azdome network in you phone wifi settings?
@@dashcaminfo so the camera works, but I can’t log onto my camera with my phone. I’m using the same default password and it says invalid. I did a hard reset on the camera to hopefully return all settings to default, but nope. Password 1234 does not give me access to the videos. I’ve never changed the password and a couple of weeks prior to this problem, it worked fine. Now I have a dash camera that should be recording but I can never access the videos with my phone.

If you ever get into a incident, read out the number plate so the dash cam can pick it up. This will help encase the dashcam didn't pick up the number plate, if you don't want to do that then the VIOFO 139 pro is the way to go but it is so expensive which is sad its mainly because it uses a really good sensor whereas these sensors are usually the same across most dashcams...
@@vralphbryan I don't know why they changed it from waterproof in the Azdome M550 to not waterproof in all their newer models. So no, this one is not waterproof
I wish that rather than an interior camera, it had a narrow-view front camera which could capture the license plate of a hit-and-run driver.

I went through the menu and I could not find a setting to flip the rear view camera. It may be possible after a firmware update.

I’ve tried contacting customer support thru Amazon, Azdome website chat, and support email…several times. Not one single response.
Well…🤷♂️…so much for the help. Just like Azdome…no help at all.
