Princess Anne is wonderful example of what and how a "spare" should conduct themselves. Long live the constitutional monarchy. The British and commonwealth are so lucky to have this stability in the uncertain world we live in.

Oh my gosh. Princess Anne sounds like the queen! I would love to hear what she thinks on many topics. It would be a no nonsense interview.
I think we should remember that Princess Anne is still mourning her mother as it has not been that long since the Queen died. When someone has cancer, it is difficult for a daughter to lose them and her father died quite recently as well. They were a close family I believe and her brothers are still quite sad about their loss I think. It is always difficult to lose one's parents and the King has as well to deal with so many new duties. I wish them all well and I hope they know that they have many people supporting them.

Some people in England don’t realize what the Royals bring to their Country. I am amazed as an American how England is kept so clean, honor their dead, sing worshiping God with such joy. The pageantry of pride in all that serve, is a breath of fresh air. They were so blessed to have such a serving Queen got so many years. Count your blessings , America is having a hard time these last years. Hold on tightly to the Royals, I would hate to live in a fish bowl like they do.

Watching the original interview, Anne comes across as out-of-touch, dismissive, evasive, entitled, and elitist. I am shocked by the remarks of other commenters, but almost certain that they aren't in the majority. [insert cheap-shot remark about boomers]

HRH Crown PRINCESS ANNE; is an awesome example of what the monarchy stands for, and is what the king is suppose to have at his side to represent him. Harry needs to be ashamed of himself; if he wanted to leave his family that's fine, but to trash the monarchy is wrong.
