I picked out something very special for my 100th music instrument model. the world's first electric bass! In 1936, a Mr. Paul H. Tutmarc invented the Audiovox 736 Electric Bass Fiddle, only half as long as the previously used double basses, only 1/8 of the mass and playable horizontally. He also invented the very first bass amplifier and magnetic electric tone pickup The amp was given the name Audiovox 936 AMP. The amplifier with its 12″ Jensen Concert Speaker produced an output of 18 watts and was therefore louder than a double bass with the well-known good sound quality of the tube amplifiers that were common at the time. By 1950, around 100 basses and amplifiers were produced and sold by Audiovox. So it wasn't really a commercial success, but at least it was the first electric bass. The rear flap of the amplifier can be swiveled to the side and you can look inside. The Blender model comes with a tripod guitar stand, connection cables and a guitar strap. you can adjust the length of the strap with the array and with the control curve you can model the strap to adapt the strap to your scene. The cables are made from blender curves and are easy to model. I hope you have fun with the model and may your scenes be successful.

Sounds great. Where’s the pickup situated? It certainly sounds like it’s in the bridge position
