Needs much earlier servicing at 3K compared to most japanese cruisers, but valve check is around the same at every 16K but looks cool, replace those pipes be better even still.
The elephant in the room for bikes like these are residual values. When buying any bike you need to have an idea how much money you will lose when you come to sell it and i can't see this holding its value.
I don't get this fixation with residual values. Buy the bike to ride, I ride my bikes alot, get my money's worth, and whatever they sell on for is a bonus. If you're that bothered about a high residual value you're not riding enough.
It feels like the 1970's all over again !!! This bike is absolutely GORGEOUS. They sure got it right. I've seen some sad looking Chinese bikes on another channel, but this is perfection.
Now you just need a judge dredd suit. drive around and tell people. I'M THE LAW 😅😂🤣 That bike really do leave an impression of some thing Bigger than big 😲 can't wait for the review 😀
looks like the benneli 502c obviuosly better belt drive cruise controle rider mods hell yes I book a test ride for sure as im in bolton motogb just up the road 😍nice work mark keep um coming 🖐
Cruisers ae not really my thing but I actually like this, nice that you have your initials on the bike Mark?? 🤣 looking forward to the full road test 👍
Very impressive specs for the money. I'd have to ride it myself, but by the looks of it there is honestly no way to justify spending so much more on, say, a comparable Harley or Indian. Reliability also has to be determined as time goes on.
I saw one in my local Edinburgh dealers a couple of months ago and was very taken with it, my only concern is the unknown when it comes to long term build quality and reliability but did love the looks!
thanks Mark for the quick look., question, what accessories are available, am interested in windshield. saddles and maybe top boxes and touring seat for a passenger!
Hi Mark, thanks for showing a quick view of this beast of a machine. However, £9000 for a brand I’ve never heard of🤔. I’ll go back and watch the unboxing 👌 Cheers
Nice walkthrough… I like my signal lights with yellow lens, not clear. It adds color to whole color scheme. Wish they would also colorise the signal button and start button. 👍
looks really well built and brilliant specs, not cheap for a Chinese bike but then it obviously isn't the average cheap Chinese bike and a good bit less money than the big brand equivalents anyway, very curious to see how it tests, been waiting for someone to do a decent review ever since MBP were first revealed as a brand and I first saw pictures of this bike so it will be interesting to hear your views on it
Thanks Mark. In terms of bikes I am more used to, this looks like the result of an illicit affair between a V-Rod and a V-Max. I'm sure it will be fun to road test but I have no idea how well it will do on the UK market.
For sub 10 grand, it looks good, lot of bike for the money. Hopefully bikes like this will make the big boys sit up and take note, and maybe bikes might become better value for money ? Case in point, Triumph 400 for a grand less than a Royal Enfield!
Cruisers are not my favourite style of motorcycle , but as cruisers go it’s not a bad effort . There is only a couple of things that let it down ,the naff rear end ,& pillion seat & exhaust system that looks like a product of scrap heap challenge . If they gave it a proper rear mudguard ,better pillion seat & did away with unnecessary slipper clutch & other tech gubbins & spent the bunce on improving the look & qualify of the exhaust system instead of fancy gimmicks on a budget bike .
Not bad at all. But that said, I don't like the "hiding-things-behind-covers"-strategy. Harley does the same. All the hoses and wiring are behind covers instead of mount things neatly. But it sure looks like a cruiser with an attitude. Look forward to the testride!
Nice looking bike, but I'm guessing extremely relaxed handling means you're scraping bits off on the corners 😂. Still, it looks interesting and I like everything I see, except for that TFT display and that it's Chinese, which makes reliability questionable. Too bad we won't be seeing this in the US unless things change.
Its great to see rare brands, especially bigger machines that rarely get seen. I like this channel. This machine is not to my taste. It looks soulless, as though somebody has been tasked to design a motorcycle who normally does microwaves. I'm sure its very efficient and fun to ride, but I suspect its value will plummet the second you ride off on it and regret will set in soon afterwards. But a Super Meteor its better value and considerably cooler. There's no history or evolution to this, and the abundance of plastic covers and black paint covers a multitude of sins in terms of materials and build quality.
Agreed, not sure what it is with a few manufacturers that state 3000 miles service, although they are generally more of an check and adjust sort of thing, but still you'd expect a nine grand bike to be able to get six thousand at least without work
The Chinese are always a bit cautious with their service intervals...once out of warranty I'd go at least 4000 miles with a quality oil ... servicing is relatively cheap and easy on Chinese bikes at about £150;for a service so personally it wouldn't bother me at all but if you are doing massive miles i can see it could be a problem or just diy oncd out of warranty Best wishes mark
The biggest show stopper for me is the lack of accessories, they should have followed other manufacturers models of releasing a load of accessories when launched - backrest, luggage rack etc.
Well, it looks nice enough but I'll take a swerve on a Chinese bike. I used to own one. It was dreadful. Got my fingers burnt and lost a lot of money 😪
Display with a white background is, in my opinion, poor choice. The abundance of bolt heads is something to keep in mind - will they rust? Not sure they are chrome-coated, and how well. Questionable...
I can see this one on market place in a couple of years for a few hundred pounds with the usual line...don't run lost the log book can't find spare parts and no keys.....
Too expensive for a bike from Keeway. It looks good but its the same price as a Rebel 1100 and I know what Id buy given the option. Hopefully it does well, but they should knock a grand off at least.
Yes I guess it's all relative.....BMW gs new £17 k sell to a dealership forr 14 k after a couple of years ...with this cruiser you may get 6 k after 3 years ?? ...just a thought Best wishes mark
I cant consider a chinese bike. All the worlds cr@p is manufactured there and its all designed as " why sell something of quality once, when you can sell it as rubbish quality 10 times?" They steal every piece of technology with zero innovation. Unless you replace it with another chinese bike it will have appalling depreciation. Non chinese dealerships often wont consider taking one in px.
I like the fact you bring us bikes that are 'not the norm'. Great review, great bike, great price....
Many thanks Julian 😁
If they ever come to England the price will double I bet
I'm not really into cruiser style myself, but i have to say that does look very good 👍
If it had Yamaha on the tank it would be 15K !!!!! nice looking bike.
I like bikes nobody else has. That appeals to me. The specs are great!

Blimey, that's gorgeous. Great to see something a little different in the V2 world. Beautiful sound too!
Long ride review
Saw this one at Motorcycle Live - be interesting to see what you make of it on the road.
It did seem very well put together at the show.
I don’t usually like cruisers but this one is nicely styled and finished.
Nor me Keith but this one is great to ride cheers mark

Well done Sir, always enjoy your excellent work and looking forward to seeing it work for you!
Thanks 👍
Never heard of them… but it’s great! Best of luck to them for selling well. 👍
the Chinese certainly are coming along.
Love the Honda CB-R neo-retro look.
Very nice.. Harley should have done this as a NEW V-Rod. Thanks for showing this.
Yes, what ever happened to the V-Rod range? I've seldom ever seen one on the road in the UK.
Totally agree
Most obscure but intriguing 👍👏👌

finally :D, looking forward
Interesting-looking bike. I'm looking forward to seeing how you take to this machine.
Looks cold in England. Nick

That's more or less my thoughts, its a bit soon for Keeway to go head to head with more established brands.
Wow what a bike 🥂❤️
With that tireyou can put the rubberto the tarmac easy. Looks good, priced nice.

Never heard of Keeway, Benelli, QJ motors? Same company.

Unusual. Even more unusual is…. I quite like it.

Hi Mark I really like the SILVER wheels!
Yes up close they look stunning!!
Expected more of a roar from those pipes! Be interested in reviews in a few years. Looks ok tho
Interesting m/c from a relatively unknown manufacturer. Not my thing but wish them success. Time wind was put up the major players. 😊
sure is a changing world looks a nice machine for that money HD be worried
Interesting i must say

Really handsome bike..... If only I had a spare spine to deal with those forward controls
I wonder if they will do options for mid or rear set controls for those who don't want forward controls.
And it has a decent front mudguard and fuel tank range.

There will be eventually but it's quite a new machine at the moment

MBP never heard about..where come that excellent bike from ?
They are from keeway I believe
Cheers mark
Now I wonder where they"borrowed" that engine from?🤔
Looks alright.change the exhaust and if possible get rid of tps.
I could be wrong , but Ive heard that the bike grounds out easily on the right hand side .
That wouldn't surprise me at all, if it takes any of its styling influences from H-D cruisers.
If the sound is fixable.. Im interested..
Of course it will be as soon as other pipes are on sale.
You say that, but as nosie cameras are going to come online soon, too loud, get a fine
Display is always white or dark at night?
You can adjust it in the menu ..to be dark at night it has an auto setting that senses the light
Best wishes mark
Overall it looks impressive-that exhaust box looks like it belongs on a bin lorry though!
Looking forward to seeing you test it out 👍

Hi yes relaxed handling meaning a bit of an effort to get round corners lol 😆
Best regards mark
@@markpulling12 I wonder if that is a necessary trade off to give it high speed stability?
where is the bike made?
Hi it's made in china

Did I read it right? 3,000 mile service interval?
My Kawasaki (10/2022) 3500mile service interval
Are you talking about valve clearance check, or just oil and filter?
@@edsyphan3425 only oil and filter change.🙂
Silly name for a cruiser , not sure about the black design but lets see how it goes.
I missed the name. I saw the model ID which I take it us short for Cruiser 1 litre 2 valve. It needs louder pipes is my first impression
@andrewturner4728 indeed, sounds like a 125cc.
Surely they could come up with a cool name.
I'm sure you could always call it Margaret 😂😂
reliabiltys my concerns
Build quality will only show when it's a year old and been through a crappy winter. The exhaust is an abomination.

Straight away I don't like those cheap looking exhaust cans, and I'll bet they will scrape if you get even a bit keen leaning to the right 😮
Not to long ago people used to knock the Chinese brands, but beware not anymore!
You don't say section when the tire is smaller.
Only when it's a big tire. 'It's a 240 section rear tire'.
Really!?!?
If you take off the badges and stuck Indian on the tank very few people would be able to tell the difference
You'll be spending a lot of money replacing the rear tyre with that torque and overall bike weight being the reason.
Yes definitely but looks cool 😎 though 😁😁
220£ in Hungary
That headlight looks like it might commit suicide from some angles!
Not my type of bike but interesting design.
I wouldn't be seen riding that if you gave it to me for free !!
Can you say 'Slow'?
3,000 mile service intervals is a big drawback for me.

Hi Mark...from what I hear they bought the rights to make this machine from harley Davidson themselves......
I think that is the SWM Storm breaker, which is a copy of the Sportster 1200.
Crikey ...
What’s the HP rating? If it’s much like Ducati Diaval? Then that’s the target a cheep Chinese knock off

china bike ?
Yes
Good looking bikes but tbe engines allways let them down
That comment doesn't make sense. I've had Keeway Superlight's, Benelli TRK 502 and a Leoncino 500, never once had an engine issue.
Too expensive for a bike from Keeway. It looks good but its the same price as a Rebel 1100 and I know what Id buy given the option. Hopefully it does well, but they should knock a grand off at least.
OK but the Honda is an eye sore.
It is...but Honda takes a licking and keeps on ticking. Not so sure about this Chinese bike.
pretty cheap and with the money i save i can get that bottom surgery i have been saving up for, thanks Chinese government run company,
Why do the English have to say ' section ' for the tire size???
It's just plain 240 rear tire.
Section is a damn given, not necessary to say.
Residual value?
Weeeeeeeee? Over a cliff. 😂
Mind you, as it wasnt expensive to start with, I suppose people will live with that.

What the hell even is it ?
Its Chinese. Thats enough to put me off. Looks the part but......
That TFT is a bit of a giveaway, really cheap and nasty looking. Surely it’s meant for people who can’t afford the real thing?
