Where do I find the recipe?
When are you gonna get on the butter board craze and do a keto butter board?
What's a butter board??
Just ordered another box of Chocolate Medley using your link, before it sells out! Many thanks Ladies!! ❤😊
I make 12-24 chaffles at once and freeze them in freezer bags. When I need 1 or 2, I pop them in the toaster and they come out CRISPY and delicious, just like fresh!
@kelsowins … do you use this recipe ? I would like to be able to batch cook these as you seem to.
@@LoveWinsMovement Yes, I use the Keto Twins Crunchy Chaffle Recipe, but I used the one they posted earlier that uses almost flour -- this video uses lupin flour. The almond flour version works great for me. I haven't found any other keto "bread" that I like as much. I've tried egg white bread and Victoria's Keto Kitchen bamboo flour recipes, but they just don't work for me as well.
Thanks for reminding me why I bought lupin flour! 😂I’m old, sometimes I order this stuff and forget why I did.
OMG!!! SAME!!!
You're not alone 😂😂
LMAO same here!!
Same for me also!
I do that all of the time!!!!
I use your chaffel recipe every day, here's a couple of tips Emily and Sarah. I use egg white powder always, this way I don't have to remember to use the liquid egg whites before they expire. So here's what I do - combine lupin flour, egg white powder, and xanthan gum together FIRST. Then add mozzarella cheese, and mix. I then add small amount of water to mixture. Combine and let sit for about 5 min. In 4 chaffel maker, I put a layer of shredded cheddar cheese on the bottom, add the flour/mozzarella mixture, then top with another layer of cheddar cheese. Cook for 5 minutes. The additional layers of cheddar cheese make the chaffels even crispier. Let sit on wire rack for 10 minutes. Crispiness perfection.
Lunch EVERY day, for the rest of my life. :)
I happen to have a bag of egg white pro powder sitting in my cabinet. I'd love to use it here. How much exactly do you add? And how much water? Maybe I'll try looking up the equivalent to 4 tbls egg whites. But if you have the info handy, I'd appreciate it! Thanks.
How much egg white powder do you use ??
@@nursebedbe Add 1 tbsp of Dried Egg White Powder with 3 tbsp water to make 1 large egg white.
@@rebageorgiadis3861 I make 2 chaffels at a time (using the 4 chaffel machine - its easier to clean too). So I use 1 tbsp lupin flour, 1/2 tbsp egg white powder, 1/2 tsp xanthan gum, mix this FIRST so no xanthan clumps later on lol. Then I take 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and add to dry mix and stir. Then I eye ball it, just a little bit of water, I pour from the sink, but it's probably about 1 tbsp water. If you want it crispy, mix it thoroughly, even if you think its not enough water, you'd be surprised. It will all be mixed together and look too dry, but it wont be, it will be more crispy like this. Then with hot chaffel maker, I put roughly 1 tbsp cheddar cheese on each bottom, add flour/mozzarella mixture, press down with a silicone mini spatula, press all around for a very thin layer. Then on top about 1 tbsp more cheddar on each one. These 2 layers of cheddar will make it even more crispy. I never cook under 5 minutes, just set the stove timer, then at 5 min, remove and - very important -, let it sit for 10 minutes, this is when it REALLY gets crispy.
@Ja Neen HRH Neenerita tyvm for the information. Greatly appreciate it.
Sometimes I add caraway seeds to make it taste like rye bread when making a Reuben
😮😮😮😮
Growing up my parents loved rye bread, I use to HATE it when those seeds would get stuck in my teeth lol.
That's a great idea
@@Ricksasha grind the seeds into a powder
Me too! Love ruebens!
1/8 cup measuring cups can be hard to find outside of a set, BUT most coffee scoops are 2 tablespoons = 1/8 cup! Coffee scoops tend to be easier to find in my experience. Maybe that can help someone? Thanks for the updated recipe and demo!
Hi you two! I’m not always so forthcoming but I have to be here. I’m sitting outside the cancer center while my husband has his hopefully last chemo treatment. He was diagnosed with esophageal cancer last October. Since then our Keto diet has radically changed. Soft foods mostly for him. So this is not our regular infusion nurse and frankly she’s not very nice. My husband told me to go into the car and chill which I am doing. Then I see your video. ‘Em, seriously? You are seeing the colors of the rainbow!!!’ 😂😂😂😂😂😂. Thank you SO very much for the laughter! You too Sarah! I love you both! You brighten my day every time I see you two! I will definitely be trying these out even while I’m making cream of wheat, lol. His prognosis is good so no worries there. Love you both. I’d subscribe over and over if I could but I certainly spread the word about you two. ❤️❤️
Wow Thea, Congrats to your Hubby! He's lucky to have you by his side. Now with the Keto lifestyle, you both can stay healthy. God Bless you both.❤❤
Awww so happy your husband is almost done with chemo Thea! He’s so lucky to have you! ❤️❤️
Thanks so much @ Hula Shack! I appreciate your kind words. ❤️
Glad to hear he is doing well, wishing you both all the best. And no more nasty nurses! 😊
Thank you Solitude!😊
Okay, I have to thank you for this recipe. I use the Chaffee recipe as a pizza crust recipe. I use a 10” pan to make half of the recipe for the crust. I use the 4 minutes as a side- after the first flip I add the pizza toppings, like no sugar tomato sauce, mozzarella, mushrooms, and pepperoni. My wife loves it, my kids love it and I love it. Try it it’s great!
Thank you for sharing Jack! Many people have asked if we can cook it in a pan and we’ve never tried! Maybe we should give it a shot!
@@ketotwins I co-sign that you should Ladies! I make it as a mini pizza, and we love it. God bless ya'll for perfecting the recipe!😘
🤣I'm just catching up ya'll. Now I see you've done the pizza crust recipe😍
Our favorite way now is just mozz, pork rind 'flour', carton eggwhites & xanthan.
Neither my husband nor myself can tell the difference w/out the almond or lupin flour, & it saves us even more on the carb count- yay!🎈🤸
I used pork rinds too, this morning, instead of any flour, al the same other ingredients. It was delicious! This is my go to now! Yayyyy!
Do you have the amounts of each ingredient?
I have an idea that solves food prepping AND the color of the chaffle. Measure out each chaffle. Form it with hands into a patty. Reference the shape of your waffle maker. Lay them down on some parchment. When all six are formed lift them up and place them in the trays and close the lids. Each chaffle should cook evenly. Prepping them would be the same except lay them down on the parchment and cover with parchment. Slide into a freezer ziplock bag. Stick in the fridge and take out what you need during week and cook fresh but this way most of the work is done.
cool suggestions!
I wonder if running it through a blender first would make it even easier…
Marina this an excellent idea since this chaffle mix is essentially a dough not a liquid batter, and I will definitely be trying it!
If you’re moving to shredding your own cheese, check out the rotary cheese graters that suction cup to your countertop. I have one, and it makes it SO EASY! I also have cheese grating attachments for my stand mixer and my food processor, but they’re a pain to get out and then clean. The rotary grater is so much fun it will make you want to shred everything! 😊
I have one too! I love mine
Absolutely! I never by shredded cheese. I always shred my own. So easy. And the slicer attachment is way safer than a mandoline.
Agreed. My MIL left it to me because I loved it so much. It’s 50 yrs old weighs a ton but makes short work of a 5lb cheddar brick.
That’s the kind I was referring to!!!
Been thinking about buying one! Now I will!
Just got my chaffle maker today.
Never use the waffle iron or made a chaffle in my life.
Used your recipe.
Game changer !!! 🤯
🏆 winner, winner, winner, 🏅
I have never used any flour or flour substitute in my chaffles, and no xanthan gum. I use 1 egg white and 1/2 cup of cheese per chaffle (mozzarella or cheddar), and spices; usually cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and onion salt. The chaffles turn out crunchy and very flavorful! Less than 1 carb each!
Sounds like you don't know what you're missing..
@@grooooved the xantham gum is a game changer for the crunchy texture. I love them 😊
... onion and garlic !!! with lots of butter like Paula Deen!
this is crunchy on a different level, we have all made them your way these however are an upgrade from the norm
That sounds like a great combination to me. I've been wanting to figure out how to add cayenne pepper into my diet. I was thinking about adding it to coffee. I think I'd like it this way better. Thank you.
Oh yea, is there a problem with using a whole egg when making these (instead of just egg whites)?
I love adding cinnamon and stevia and eating with peanut butter. Delish
Ladies, if you can find it try 'bamboo flour', it is zero carb and is a great replacement for lupin flour.
Try a 1/2 teaspoon of Anthony's Nutritional Yeast in the mix. It counters the eggs taste and tastes more like bread. Love your videos!!
I’ve been using Lupin flour in my Chaffles for a while now. I also put in apple pie spice for a “sweet” chaffle 😋
what a great idea! thanks for sharing!!
It's November as I write this. I have been adding Pumpkin Pie spice to my mix.
I pop leftover Chaffles in a hot air fryer for a minute or so….nice and crunchy again!
Good idea!
Ive been using 50/50 almond and lupin flour for ages, i also add some oat fibre and flax seeds - which adds a lovely texture. i also add baking powder and some water so you get some lift whilst staying crunchy. I make my chaffles dough in a big batch then freeze in 90g portions ( that makes 2 chaffles). You can defrost in microwave in seconds and then cook in waffle maker. That way i always have chffles ready to go 🤗
I cut them into strips sometimes and use them with dips!! I have done them as croutons, sandwich bread, alone, just SO versatile!! I clean mine with the damp paper towel always, and y’all taught me that over a year ago! No better way! Thanks ladies!! I have the lupin flour and I HOPE it’s still good, I bought it ages ago, and then totally forgot why…ooosh!!!
1/4 cup lupin flour - 74 calories, 1 net carb, 12 grams protein. Wow.
Keep lupin flour in the refrigerator.
Leslie, have you kept yours in the fridge? And are they soggy the next day? I'm trying to prepare for a movie night tomorrow night, but won't have time tomorrow to make them fresh. And, I won't be able to re-heat them, as I'm not going to be eating them at home. TIA
@@Lorgayle1 Hi Lorina, If you are referring to the chaffles, yes! I have made them ahead and I have actually stuck mine in the toaster oven for just a minute, NOT the entire toasting time, and they toasted right back to freshness/crispness!
@@Lorgayle1 oh, sorry I didnt answer the whole thing-yes, they are a bit “chewy” the next day, but as I said, a minute or two in the toaster oven takes care of that!
Green Pan has a panini press/ grill with waffle plates. It's amazing, you can set the exact temperature, you can remove the plates for easy cleaning. "GreenPan Electric Indoor Stainless Steel 6-in-1 Contact Grill and Griddle, Healthy Ceramic Nonstick, Dishwasher Safe Reversible Plates, PFAS-Free"
I make your chaffel recipe often. I have had my Dash iron for over 5 years. It is still going strong. Once in a while I give it a spray with non stick spray. I set a timer for 4 minutes for each chaffel. I bought a different maker one from Wmart and gave it away. Also I store my chaffels in a zip lock bag in the fridge. When I get 1 out to eat, I put it on high in a toaster and they crisp up just like when you first made them. They are good with broken up pieces of bacon mixed in the batter.
Bacon in them sounds awesome!
I subbed 2 teaspoons knox unflavored gelatin for 1 teaspoon of xanthum gum. It worked great, nice and crunchy and held together well.
Y’all have been so wonderful as a Keto resource. Love y’all, your humor, and mindset when it comes to keto. 🖤💕✨ thank you!
awwww thank you!!
I make a big batch of chaffles and freeze them. Reheat in toaster or microwave. Not quite as good as fresh but super convenient. Love them with smoked salmon and cream cheese!
I have always kept mine in the freezer…run them under the boiler or in a toaster…
I saw a "short" on youtube or facebook, I don't remember which, and the lady cooked sliced onion in the middle of her chaffles. She said it was like eating onion rings! I am drooling now just thinking of it alongside of a bacon burger. Thanks for all you do.
That would be Anita from Ketogenic Woman...she has tons of videos, including instructions for the onion chaffles!
@@denim4821 I know and watch Anita, and it wasn't her. It was a young lady. Probably a lot of people are making them, once someone comes up with an idea, it snowballs through everyone and their channels.
Love it!
Thank you for bringing these back. My bag of Xantham Gum expired in 2022 but it worked fine. The chaffles mix better if you finely shred the mozzarella. Favorite keto meal is a couple of chaffles with a cup of Rao's with cream. I add a tsp of everything bagel seasoning to the chaffle. Going back to the basics is so helpful for those of us who may have fallen off the wagon. Thank you most of all for reminding us of the nurturing power of women who support each other. ❤
Avocado “toast” chaffle with Everything Bagel Seasoning (Trader Joes or Aldi both good) yummy!
Alright girls this is one of my favorite keto recipes. I can always depend on you two for an honest review. My changes were, I put everything in the blender and pulsed it. I topped it with cream cheese then melted sharp cheddar on top and served it with jalapenos slices. FANTASTIC!!!
So glad you liked it!
Ok so I used almond flour because I don’t have Lupin but will get some also didn’t have xantham gum it’s on its way from Amazon
But I honestly don’t think they needed it
I am so sad I hadn’t made chaffles before
And man so so yummy
I am diabetic and do low cal low carb and these seriously made my life better I can’t thank you enough
I found my mini dash 4 at goodwill for $4.99. Looked like it had never been used. I will try your new recipe when I get lupin flour. I love crunchy chaffles.
Keto Twins are a big game changer . In a positive way !!
I've been enjoying your recipe with a couple of modifications. I use pork panko instead of almond flour and I usually use egg white powder instead of fresh eggs (1 T powder whisked with 3T water = one egg white). Yum.
I was wondering if pork pinko would work. Thanks for sharing!
@@maybeme94 😄Yes, I avoid using much almond flour and the panko fills all the needs in this recipe.
What is pork panko?

I’m so glad that you guys are using lupin flour. This is how I’ve made mine for years now.
Thank you for the new chaffle recipe. I made the chaffles and cooked the yolks separately with Canadian bacon and made an egg sandwich.
That sounds delicious to me :-)
I wonder if these were made sweet with cinnamon and sweetener if they could be chopped up and used as "cinnamon crunch " cereal in a bowl with some almond milk and a couple of blueberries??

So glad you liked it ❤️❤️
I blended mine to make the batter smoother and it worked. Love your chaffels and your videos.
Can't wait to try it!...and eat more chaffles!!! I love them with Sloppy Joe's. Never thought to put cream cheese on them. That looks so good! Thank you ladies!!
Lupin flour and flakes are amazing! I'm so happy y'all are on board!
If you use regular eggs, you can use the yokes to make creme brulee or plain custard.
Yup. Or hollandaise sauce, Brandie cream sauce.
Finally got the lupin flour. I really love all your chaffle recipes. I love crispy and miss it. So having crispy lacey chaffles is perfect. I got a Krups waffle maker. It was more costly but the waffle grated come out and go in the dishwasher. So easy to clean. It also locks closed so it stands on end in my cabinet when I’m done.
A crunchy chaffle with cream cheese is beautiful!
One of the many things I love these for is an open-face sausage and cheese Sami! So good!!!
I just happen to have Lupin Flour (and all the other ingredients) because I've been Keto/Carnivore since 2015. so i tried this with my tuna salad today (tuna salad is tuna in olive oil, duke's mayo, salt/pepper...it's that simple) a few slices of avocado, and i have to say this was a delicious sandwich! very crunchy and tasty! I really like it! I also like eggs over easy but i miss my toast to dip in the yolk, i bet these chaffles will be awesome with butter for dippy eggs! 😋😋
I've used this recipe for a while (changed your other chaffle to using lupin). I find that adding about 1 tbsp of water helps to make a more cohesive batter.
Yes, your Chaffle recipe is the best. I already sub the almond flour with Lupin Flour and egg whites from the carton. They are so good. I cut up chaffles and use as crotons for my salads. So many things I use your chaffle recipe for.
OMG! I just made these for breakfast and they are amazing. I am allergic to almonds so the lupin flour is my new go to. Thank you so much for this recipe. I am enjoying these with plain cream cheese but can’t wait to try with other topings

I just made your chaffle recipe to the letter and they turned out more amazing that I expected. I will be using this recipe indefinitely! Thank you!
Thank you, girls, for this wonderful vid, you always have such great tips and tricks.
I have had that Dash for a year now, and I can tell you it is worth it, it works great, it runs as hot as advertised, the light is spot on, and it cleans up nicely with a towel. Chaffles for the whole family.
Just found you guys couple days ago, and it was the original crunchy chaffle recipe. Went to find it to make it yesterday and found this recipe update. Made 2 batches in no time. Had the first real burger experience Ive had since January. You guys changed my keto life first shot. SWEET! 👍
Aww we love to hear that! Yay!
Thanks for recipe and thanks to all of the commenters with great tips and ideas 🎉
Excellente! Bravo! Perfecting perfection! I usually store my Chaffles in a zip lock bag in the fridge. I only make 2 or 4 at a time, and this works well for me.
I use egg yokes and have found adding cheddar cheese helps to add to the crunchy. I don't always have the time to manually prepare and have found that I can make a good size batch of Chaffles and freeze them (wrap individually in plastic wrap and store in quart or gallon ziplock bags). When I want a Chaffle, take it out of the freezer and put it in the toaster to "warm / defrost" and then toast - very quick and convenient. For me, with the recipe I use (mozzarella-75%, cheddar-25%, egg yokes and spices) freezing the Chaffles doesn't reduce the crunchiness through toaster defrost and reheating.
You two are an AMAZING KETO food test kitchen !! You help me out so much !! Keep doing you creative, keto videos 🥰🥰🥰🥰
Awww we appreciate you Katy, thank you!
l loved your update on the chaffle mix. As for cleaning I do use a moist paper towel, however I do spray a little soapy water onto it and use a large bottle brush using the brush on its side and lightly run it over and it cleans really good. Then I use another towel and wipe it dry.
So crispy! I chopped one into smaller pieces and used them as croutons in a salad!
You two twins are so wonderful! You both have great personalities and I love, love your honesty.

Wow! this recipe is the bomb!!! I love how real you two are with your struggles and fails...and successes!!! Keep up the great work! In admiration from a fellow Chicagoan :)
great update to your classic recipe! I've been using lupin flour and it works well!
Love chaffles! Thank you for perfecting these little rounds of crunchy goodness!!❤
OMG these are the best chaffles ever! Have made them 3 days in a row. Today I tripled the batch and used my small scoop and put the batter in a covered dish and froze them. Now just pull out a couple of balls in the morning, thaw and cook them up and just like fresh ones. Today I added Everthing bagel spice to the batter cooked them up and then added my cream cheese...better than a bagel! Thank you so much for all your experimentation, recipes and videos ❤

Also had one with cream cheese and topped with Walden Farms Blueberry Fruit Spread, also a winner! Thank you, Keto Twins, for this delicious innovation, so good!
I’m still waiting for your Chaffle recipe with bamboo fibers. Once again, enjoy watching you cook! You both are great❤️
Been using Lupin flour for my chaffles and baking for awhile now and really like it better than almond flour. It also makes great pancakes.
Do the pancakes get crispy? I’ve been looking for pancake recipe wheeze the edges could get crispy if cooked with butter or ghee or bacon grease. What is your recipe?
Wow. I never understood the people that said, "first!" But here I am.😁You two are amazing, hilarious and an inspiration. I use your (previously updated) chaffle recipe every week.
🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🎉🎉🎉
I have a new recipe for you to try: I use 1 whole egg, 2 cup of the shredded mozzarella cheese from Costco, then I add 1/4 tsp Psyllium that works instead of the xanthan gum and 2tsp nutritional yeast for flavor. I mix all the dry ingredients first, then add the egg. I also do keto with a lot of the MCT oil as part of my regimen, and it gives me the runs, so the Psyllium helps make me normal again. 😂
Hi. Just made your chaffles recipe. Loved it! Even my fussy husband loved it!! Thank you 😊
I just made these for the first time. The first chaffles I ever made. They’re awesome! My 17 year old son and I are keto and this is a great bread replacement for us. We made sausage egg and cheese sandwiches with them. My husband who is not that keto also really enjoyed it.
This was the first sandwich I’ve had in months. So good. 😊
This is perfect timing. I'm going to try salting your chaffles to see if I can get a cracker substitute. May use some other seasoning too. I miss a truly crunchy cracker. Oooh, how about in place of the english muffin in eggs benedict? I can take a few chaffles to the restaurant and replace the english muffins. I use a denture brush to scrub my chaffle maker. It fits into the smaller valley of the chaffle maker.
Try frying Joseph Lavash flatbread (low carb) for your crackers. Just cut to size you like; fry; season with dry ranch, red peer fakes and salt (or any seasonings you prefer. I use whatever oil/butter/grease I have on hand.
@@littleeagle22 Thanks! I even have some in the fridge.
This Chaffee will keep me doing Keto! It takes the place of so many of the bread types I miss on Keto…English muffins, Avocado Toast, garlic bread, croutons, and most of all…a crunch that doesn’t involve a pork rind!!! Lastly, I love that it doesn’t use an expensive egg protein or whey protein powder! Liquid egg whites for the win!

Ordering my chaffle maker now! You two rock!! It was the crunch when you bit that sold me. Thanks for the demo and tips.
Believe it or not, tonight is the VERY FIRST time I have ever made a chaffle! I wanted pizza and you said your chaffles are nice and crispy, so I made up a recipe then put the whole thing into a 9" cast iron skillet. I baked it for 5+ minutes at 375F (that is the temp of a waffle iron). Wasn't cooked - just barely melted so I put it back in for another 5 min at 450F. Success! I suggest you try it for yourself.
@redhatpat9387 So it sounds like you cooked it in your cast iron from the get-go and not a waffle maker?! Awesome- I was wondering about that and was going to try it when I had some time. I know my cast iron would be way easier to clean as nothing sticks to it, the waffle maker might be a different story. Thanks for sharing your experience!
@@KarenCurr Yes. I spread the whole mixture into the bottom of the skillet (12" cast iron ) then par-cooked it in the oven. Then I put the toppings on it and returned it to the oven until the topping cheese melted.
@@redhatpat9387 THANK YOU!! I will try it that way next time. This morning I was so excited by the thought of finally trying a keto waffle (and in my cast iron) I did it just to see what would happen. I used the Twins improved recipe (with the almond flour and xantham gum), and just fried it with a tiny bit of oil. Wow, that was interesting... it looked and reminded us of a hash brown! I might have over cooked it a bit, it was difficult to cut with a fork/knife but tasted great. We ate it with ketchup and eggs! I'm going to try it with the oven method, and I can actually see how this would be perfect as a l/c pizza since it's kind of crispy on the outside chewy in the center and can stand up to being held like a pizza. 😃
Edit- I just did it and it was great!! 😉
These turned out awesome 🤩 I used almond flour because that’s what I had 😅
I tried to make your 2021 chaffle and I forgot the almond flour completely and used 1/2 teaspoon baking powder accidentally and the chaffles were great. That will be my favorite recipe from now on. I love your videos. Keep it up
Just made a batch of these and they were amazing! I'm addicted. And I love not having to use a food processor. I added Anthony's Cheddar Cheese powder to half of the batch and that tasted great. I tried one of the regular ones with a little Choc Zero milk chocolate hazelnut spread and it was like eating a cookie or crunchy sweet pastry. I think I'll be making these every day. Thanks so much for posting the recipe!
Thanks girls 😘!!!! This was a chaffalicious 😂 video, guess who is making some today!!!😊
I find that if the cheese is cooked, refrigerating is not crucial. Think of croissants or buns with cheese baked on at the store. They’re not chilled. Cooking changes cheese 😀
Congrats to Nick for getting over his chaffle fears 🎉 I have yet to make one myself. Thanks for the video ladies❤ I need crisp in my life.
These are sooo crispy and delicious! I use half lupin flour and half almond flour. Today I added 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract and a sprinkle of cinnamon to the batter. After they were cooked, I topped them with some butter and a little sugar free Nutella. It was like having dessert for breakfast. Thanks for the great recipe ladies!
I have cut the chaffels in strips and put spaggetti sauce on top, i have used them for eggs benedict instead of english muffin, as a hotdog bun fold it a little before it cools, so many opptions.
I've been looking for recipes to make with lupin, and will make these! I love your original! I add mashed potato extract to the mixture, cut the chaffles into 4-5 strips and voila! French fries!😋
Ohhhhh this sounds good! We will have to try it! Thanks for sharing ❤️
Plz try, would love to see chaffle fries! 🥰
What is potato extract? Can it raise blood sugar?
We moved and are still unpacking. The other day I found my mini waffle iron so I’m excited to try this! 😊
Girls, you are JUST RIGHT for my enjoyment! Used your link to finally buy the waffle maker. Many thanks! ❤
❤️❤️
I really love your chaffle recipe can’t wait to try this new version. Have you guys or anyone else here ever take your cheese and put it in a food processor and blend into smaller pieces? I put the dry ingredients and pulse a couple times then add the egg whites. They still cook crispy but seem to be easier to spread out evenly. Keep up the good videos you the best.
We haven’t tried that yet but it’s a good idea!
I learned that trick from Steve at Serious Keto.
Have you tried to reheat them in the air fryer? It's my go to option to reheat a lot of foods, even pizza.
No we haven’t, let us know if you try it 🤗
Yup! These are new and improved and very crispy and delicious. Lupin flour is the best! Best Chaffles yet.
I freeze them and when I want to eat them I put them in the toaster and are great!! Super crispy
I love the taste of everything bagel seasoning, however I do not like the little seeds getting into my teeth. I grind the seasoning in my spice grinder and add it to my chaffle mixture like you would salt and pepper (to taste). I also mix it into my cream cheese if I'm using that on the top. It really adds a great flavor - perhaps some carbs, but I'm usually not using more than a teaspoon per batch of chaffles.
That’s a great idea!
Flours give me stomach cramps and they have even caused bowel obstructions. For those with the same situation and to save even more carbs, replace the flours with ground pork rinds. It does not taste like pork rinds.
You've changed my life. These are utterly amazing!
Thank you for this! Love the lower calories option!
You should try your chaffle recipe in a pizzelle maker.....think it would make great taco shells or "waffle cones" for ice cream.
Hey I have a pizzel maker have u tried it?
YOU CAN HAVE BOTH SIDE OF YOUR CHAFFEL IN PRESENTATION MODE!!
All you have to do is after they are almost done, turn them over in the Dash and let them go another minute or so.
Both side will look identical!!
Just made the best chaffles ever using this recipe! The crunch is real
