    Thanks Steve! These look great! Helpful tip for cleaning... unplug the Dash waffle maker and place a wet paper towel inside while it is still hot. It will steam clean the inside and soften up the gunk on the outside.

    I made the pizza chaffle and all I can say it was absolutely the BEST of the faux pizza crusts I have ever made, and I have made tens of recipes over the last 4 years. I followed Steve's recipe, then added some Rao's pizza sauce, full fat mozzarella cheese and broiled it for a few minutes. I was finally in pizza heaven and keto at the same time. Furthermore, I did not think it would ever be possible. I can't thank Steve enough!!

    I made these today, just delicious! I don't know which one I like better. Pro tip: cut the provolone (I actually happened to have sliced mozz) with a biscuit cutter, put the scraps on top. Hardly any clean up. Great recipes! I have also made the stuffed chaffle, also fantastic, thanks!!

    Hi Steve, thank you for sharing, I finally made this pizza. It’s awesome. I loaded it with more mozzarella and pepperoni on top (from your other video) and stick it in the air fryer for five minutes. That’s our OMAD for today. You are truly a blessing because with all the lessons I gathered from your videos I managed to get my family doing keto with me. They’re slowly losing weight too 😂
    Oh I tried your sesame crackers and lupine dip too. They’re absolutely cracking delicious.

    Fun to see chaffle demos ❤️- I had a lot of those during the pandemic! I posted some to Twitter that got a lot of attention. Just a plain basic chaffle recipe, smeared them with low fat cream cheese (so you could see the grid pattern through-pretty pic), covered with sugar-free syrup, then sprinkled with a mix of powdered Splenda and cinnamon. Side of berries 😊. Try it!

    Awesome Steve! - I started following you early in your Chaffle rise to fame so I'm glad you are revisiting them! I don't get tired of chaffles. It'll be interesting if you stuff with your special calcium citrat-ed cheese sticks you made for the corn dogger. But in reality, it looks like you don't have to go through that trouble for the stuffler! And PS - your hair looks great!

    I’m going to stay away from the stuffed guys but I’ve already decided to make the original recipe with half chopped pepperoni & half sausage. Maybe throw in a few sliced black olives 😋. Thanks! A great savory grab & go food!

    The pork panko really makes it a home run. I think these would make a great crust for a small pizza too.

    Hello Steve. If you like the provolone cheese, just find a jar lid or even make your own template for one quarter smaller then the waffle maker? Put over cheese round, cut with knife., problem solved. Plus you can use use leftover cheese for something else. Maybe put leftover cheese in Chaffee mix with bacon crumbles?

    I am so glad to find this because we have a local deep dish pizza place that I love that is def not keto friendly and is also expensive (although worth it). I will top the keto stuffed pizza with Raos.

    You make me want to buy the stuffler! Because I’ve been craving stuffed crust pizza and that looks like it would satisfy my desire. Oh, and I say the same thing questioning why I don’t make chaffles more often. 😂

    I bought two mini waffle makers yesterday. There was a recipe for Pizza Chaffles that came in the cookbook with the machine. It had riced cauliflower in it. I tried it out. They were totally delicious. The Nostalgia brand machine that I found at Marshalls worked a little better than the Dash machine I found at Target. It was also a tiny bit bigger. I will definitely make these again and I will try your version. They were totally delicious.

    I've stopped using baking powder. I've learned I can make it (single acting) with baking soda and creme of tartar to reduce the nasty ingredients.
    PS: I tried all sorts of formulas, including lemon juice and ACV. Aside from the CoT performing consistently, it's also a dry solution so it works better in many recipes. I'd still consider using lemon juice or ACV with baking soda, I suppose.

    Don’t give up on the Provolone. You need to trim it to fit. Any other ingredient would be messy if it was hanging over the edge like that. I haven’t made chaffles in a while. This motivates me. Thanks!!

    Nothing better than fresh Mozz! If you are ever in the Kenosha area, you need to get to Tenuta's Italian deli....the smell when you walk in...I get goose bumps down my back whenever I get to go.

    Thanks for all the experimenting! For the provolone chaffle, I think I would make a cut from the center to the edge (radius) of the cheese, then overlap that cut to make the circumference of the cheese smaller so it doesn't stick out over the edge of the waffle maker.

    Can't wait to try this. I don't know if you have tried this before but I make your breading and put about 3 Tablespoons in my Dash mini waffle maker and let man is it crispy heaven. I serve it with taco meat, french onion dip, guacamole, just all sorts of things...so good!

    I think the comments are repeated at least twice if not more below. I always look at the comments because you can learn so much from other people. As for the stuffler, all I can dream of is a s'more sandwich. Maybe a collagen base, marshmallows, chocolate top? Cheese bread, Cheese base with Macaroni type noodle stuffed covered in cheese. Maybe I can just dream.

    I just made the panko crust pizza chaffle, absolutely delicious Steve. I don't think the Stuffler is available here in the UK, I'm gonna have to wait for that particular pleasure!

    You could quarter the provalone and make sure the pieces don't overlap the edge of the waffle circle when you place it down.

    Oh MY, these look SO DELISH! I don't have the Stuffler but am pretty tempted. I love having the different fun gadgets making my keto lifestyle more fun, enjoyable, and oftentimes more convenient, and yet I do have limited storage space. Would you consider sometime showing how you store/organize your kitchen appliances and gizmos?

    Thanks for the video Steve, I find the Ultra-Thin Provolone Cheese from Sargento works best with minimum clean up!

      You can also ask the deli counter to slice it as thin as they can without it tearing. I suspect that might be a bit cheaper. But I agree on the Sargento.

    Provolone problem seems to come from it being too big around. Maybe the best practice would be to set it on the griddle while it's cold, and trim it to fit. Then put it on once preheated and add the trimmed off pieces on that?

    I absolutely love this stuffler thing, and faithfully reproduced this recipe, twice so far. Although I do love it...the middle of my stuffler pizza chaffles wind up liquidy. I let it sit for a few minutes, and it's not like it's not cooked...but it's not...solid. Wondering if there's a method of achieving solidity in the middle without burning the outer crust, because this thing doesn't have a heat dial. Also, I've lost close to thirty pounds and have just dipped below 400 for the first time in years, so I'm pretty sure this is my new thing.

    Perfect timing! I just bought a PowerXl Stuffed waffle maker and am excited to try this! I'm going to try freezing the pizza sauce like you suggested in another comment and mix chopped pepperoni into the cheese stuffing to make stuffed waffle pizzas.

      @@stephaniepotts9410 I haven't had it long enough to tell you. I got the power xl because it was cheaper. I got the 5" smaller one. I tried the pizza chaffle recipe in it, with pizza filling. It was tasty, but it leaked out the sides like it was over-full, but it didn't expand/rise and didn't fill out both cavities. I need to try again, maybe add baking powder? I wish there were more keto recipes for the stuffed waffles.

      @@hopingmomma6006 Did you try some beef gelatin in the batter? I find that it will thicken it up quite a bit over night, yet melt nicely down on the waffle maker.

    I find the top griddle always heats a little less intensely than the bottom resulting in the bottom being darker.

    Can we please have more of these in the new toy? Also can a thinner sandwich be made in the small one? I'll even settle for using a oven boiler to melt the sandwiches together after the Chaffee is made. I really need things I can make quick easy and keep put up but also be for the go. The small ones can be made on a solar generator.

      I'll definitely be doing more recipes with this. I can't say how soon or what the cadence will be, though.
