The two heights back of greathomer st shops. We lived at milburn heights 14th floor early 80s . Thanks kev for showing Everton lots of happy memories there .❤
Hi Kev, fascinating stuff. My family used to live in Opie Street off 'Greatie', so, your video provoked many happy memories of my childhood. I was born in 1940 and was christened at St Polycarp's on Netherfield Road. I've followed you since you sterted doing your Anfield developments videos. Thanks for your contribution to keeping the fans informed of the progress, or otherwise, of the new stand at Anny Road. Keep on producing really interesting videos. At 84 I really do appreciate your work. 👍
This sorta thing is very interesting. Especially of Liverpool. So many places have changed since then. Maybe do a few more or a series if it becomes popular.
Interesting stuff Kev, great to see how things have changed and developed. I didn’t recognise the road at first, but once the picture of the Sainsbury’s had been built I realised the road the other side is the main road form the Wallasey tunnel heading towards anfield then. Guess you could do this for any location in the world. 👊
Hi Kev, bet it's more expensive to live in that area now. The area I grew up has all changed and gone all gentrified, the sense of community has all gone.
It certainly would have I don't know if you remember I sent you a message quite a few months back saying my dad lived around there around Princess Edward street he used to call it prinny edy street.
The good I live in Toxteth I’m in the flat. I live in people keep saying it was supposed to be demolished. It’s not far from the cathedral. That would be good to see how long it’s been. 👍👍😊
This is really interesting to see Kev. All that change on just one road is crazy. You know the area & so your views of it over the years is intriguing. Bringing new life to an area is vital to the people who live there & you have to move with the times on occasions. I bet you snored your head off on that couch after you had woofed down a kebab sharpish like. 💤💤Bad Kev.... 🤣But it was a great insight from you. Great memories.

Thank you, yeah I was out for the count. I must have been asleep for a few hours
The bouy is there to make sure the ships don’t run aground 😂
😂😂
🌳 🛋 🌳 :)
Shame they took out so many trees.
It really is, the area was very green
The buoy and anchor where only put there as a bit of art, because of liverpools maritime history. Purely for decoration.
