    I didn't pass my inspection because there was no Heater in my ADU. It's a small area so I'm having trouble finding a Heater that fits my place. Does anyone know if the ASHLEY Hearth Products Model #DVAG11N will pass inspection in Los Angeles CA?

      I’ll ask owners for the total after it’s complete, but I believe the construction is around $120k plus or minus 10%. I’ll ask if they want to share the total cost once it’s done.

      @@MHam1 $120k for a 2 bedrooms ADU in CA is a really good deal.

      I'll get the precise costs, but you are right. I think the key is to maximize the ROI as quickly as possible based on what the lot allows you to build.
