- This is not a video about law or legal strategy. It's a video about life. What I'm working on here is bigger than law. It's about humanity and the struggle. To quote the brilliant James Baldwin: Society has yet to understand that if I am starving, you are in danger.
We are all in this together. Keep the faith. Don't give up the fight. Good trouble.
When I was talking about my kids from Baltimore, I thought of them and smiled and wanted to tell them I loved them --- and then it hit me that some of them are gone. And that just shook me up. I knew that. I've known that for years. Because I would hear about some of them dying. But, for whatever reason, it came on me unexpected and it just got me. I'm only human.

We 400+ phone calls and emails a week. I don’t talk to any of these folks. Period. I’m too busy. That’s just reality.
90% of cases get rejected before I ever consider them. I see the top 10%. Then I pick the ones we’re doing.
You have to be real about it. We’re a small, 4 lawyer firm. We can’t take everyone’s case.

Employers out there.....dont document ANYTHING in writing with employees... these leeches contribute nothing of value to our society, create nothing tangible, they only want to tear down the businesses that have built America and are creating jobs for Americans.. bottom line is this guy is guided by personal greed. Work hard, start a business if you can, and you will see how these lawyers will try to take everything you earned, once you have money. Dont let them. This is war against these immoral cash grabbers.
You don't get it man. We reject 95% of cases that people bring to us as not being real cases. They're just workplace grievances. I don't mess with victimhood culture or identity politics.
We do REAL cases of discrimination, retaliation, sexual assault, sexual harassment. Race discrimination. Age discrimination. Pregnancy discrimination. A woman attacked by her boss at work. That sort of thing. Nobody can deny that these are real cases and that these people's rights have been violated.
I'm all for business. I'm all for businesses making money. What I'm not for is violating people's rights.
You were built to be a crusader from day one.
