I worked with Axis Bank, in 2020 as a Sales Manager, gave my everything, but my manager always over exploited me and my career also is ruined by her, she always taunted me on my personal traits, and used to pressure me even on holidays!!! Even the HR team of Axis bank sucks, they don't help you, but they conspire against you with the management. Amitabh Chaudhary the MD & CEO is a very cunning man, he doesn't care about the employees, he is always after money and sales!!!
Unmarried young men in 20s are most heavily exploited group in workplace.
Since women have laws protecting them
they are made to do maximum work,get no promotion.....and hear all the cuss words.
I have personally been exploited heavily by a 'boss babe' manager in my previous IT company.

I work in a Danish MNC in Gurgaon, its a civil engineering design consultancy. Work life balance and ethics is at the core of the company. Everybody respects each other and mind their own business. People work really hard between 9-6 and then simply go home without any office politics. My manager is a person who likes to keep things very simple, clear and transparent to everyone. He always says that we hire a person with right attitude and decent knowledge, rather than hiring a super talented person with egoistic mindset.
Its not only about my team, even managers in other teams portray the similar mindset. Managers here believe that just like another employee, they're also an employee to the company, just with a different designation and doing their own job. That's how they always remain grounded. Before coming here I never thought that there exist a place where a civil engineer can get such respectful job and can feel a sense of purpose in life.
So its your leader/mentor, that all matters in private job. Don't choose money over your mental health.😊

I worked in American Express, Gurgaon into sales and that was the worst time of my life. My manager, Gautam Sharma, Band 35, made my life hell. I was abused, he used to shout at me all the time, made me sit from 9 am to 8 pm in the evening. During month end closing, I was made to work till 4 am in the morning and was asked to come back same day at 10 am. I have recently made a complaint to India and Global CEO after coming across this news. But as expected no revert.

I was humiliated in school for my poor lifestyle by a teacher n consequently by classmates.
I firmly told my parents i won't attend this school,change my school.

My last company was genpact gurgaon i worked there for 5 years, i was completely bullied broken after which i decided never to work in a company. Not associated with any corporate since 2021, n do glad to not compromise my mental health anymore anywhere.

I work in toxic environment I'm doing government job. It's not only abuse but also extra workload, no leaves and chamches are the main reasons to survive here.

@@Shreya55111 they don't know their rights. Women have immense power and rights in govt jobs. It is far better than Pvt/PSU job. Almost all departments have employee unions that help them in problems. Seniors have only one option as punishment: Transfer. Even though they can't do it all the time.
Ironically, these rights and powers make the government system slow and unfriendly to the general public.

bullying abuse harassment insults are common in everywhere in school's colleges workplace and mostly in social media most of the case they do it in the name of entertainment and feel cool about themselves and if you react on them, they convey that this is just for fun that we are such a childish to get triggered on them. trash talking roast battles has become a new way for entertainment

@@Shreya55111 After she became supervisor she started sitting beside me and only monitoring my calls though I was best performer also started disturbing me while I was on a call with a customer it even affected my performance it went to such an extent that she pushed my chair I snapped and complained to the manager after that she never spoke to me and it was peaceful for a month until she said me to sit next to her which I refused then she called a team meeting to humiliate me in front of everyone for not sitting next to her where we had a very bad argument ,
I worked in axis bank as assistant manager and the situation was same in 2017 even I faced the same toxic environment only because of unrealistic sales target and using wrong unscientific process but surprisingly I am in government sector now the same situation still persists in govt offices also although not all govt offices are same but at present many government workplaces have also became toxic and unhealthy working environment and lot of toxic colleagues and boss will make ur head jerk everytime

It is seriously disgusting to see the extent to which workplace toxicity is getting to. Even I have been a victim of Verbal abuse, extreme manipulation, and mental harassment, so I can understand what she would have gone through. God bless her soul and give strength to the grieved family. It is a need of the hour for everyone to come out strong from such situations and raise voices on social media especially LinkedIn.

Main bhi experienced hun sales job field mein... Issi liye mujhe yeh field pasand nahi aata hai kyunki bahut Gaaliyan sunna padta hai yeh sab job mein... I don't remember the exact year but it was I think 2010 where I was working in a sales department where it called outbound process of call centre and mujhe Delhi state location mila tha jaha pe mujhe sales karna tha call through... Customer se bhi gaali sunna Padta tha aur Office se bhi...

I also work in Bajaj finserv in loan disbursement department where I see no one come to work there expect the abusive environment. My northeast ASM Abhishek sharma always abuse his subordinates. One day on my starting of of job he also push me to increase sales by abusive way. Then I thinking to beat him but on that period one of my friends told me to leave the job either you were in problem and your future and family will be in problem so I decided to leave this job before I will do something big problematic for my life and future.
The work culture in public sector bank is even more toxic.
This is the harsh reality of private companies I also faced the situation like this in 2018

I'm currently working at axis Bank as a Area manager, aur bahut hi friendly working culture mere cluster me. Hum log month end me party karte h. Year end me Goa jaise place me party karte hai.

Marketing/ Sales employee are seen as sinners if PSUs or private Co.s donot get profit. Market is dependable on people's choice not company. Donot take too much pressure from senior management. ACCEPT MISTAKE BUT DONOT ADMIT TO BE A SINNER. IF YOU KEEPS IMPROVING, MORE JOBS WILL SEE YOU
