Dubai is just another city of a middle east country but people are associating that with the symbol of status and success. I myself work in a Dubai based company as a legal administrator and I can testify to this, even Saturdays are not off, you have to work from 10:30 to 8:30 and the office burdens you with too much work load. The employee literally have no rights, sometimes the managers bully them and other times they have to overwork. At the end of the day you ask yourself if all that money is worth all this work load and stress. And forget about the employees, even the customers have no rights, most customers are mistreated by the management & they have to bare with all that. That’s very sad 😢.
and still you chose to stay back, cs ur country cannot provide job or it provide job for meagre salary that bandha poora lifetime kaam karo, ek ghar bhi na afford kar sake
@@hamidraiza@hamidraiza First of all, I don't stay in Dubai; I work remotely for them. I'm a remote employee. Secondly, I'm only 29 years old, so I started doing jobs just a couple of years ago. I post-graduated in 2020. It is obvious that if you are a postgraduate at the start of your career, then you have to apply for entry-level jobs where they accept people with just a few years of experience in that field. Nobody will hire you a senior executive after post graduation, you have to climb your way up the corporate ladder. So it's not about any one particular country. It is about the circumstances that most young people in third-world countries find themselves in, and India is no exception. Because its also a third world country just like Pakistan and Bangladesh. That is the very reason people in third world countries do immigration. If the West has to genuinely solve the problem of immigration, then it has to focus on elevating poverty & lack of opportunities in the developing nations. Because as long as there is a drastic economic gap, people will keep migrating no matter what.

There can be many consequences but you choose to speak truth.
