Laura, I made this whole dinner for Thanksgiving and It was soooo good. My family rather have this than the whole roasted turkey meal. Probably just tired of the traditional Thanksgiving. You are the best. Wishing you and your family the greatest Thanksgiving ever.
Looks great. I have done something similar - a Thanksgiving meatloaf w/ ground turkey & Italian sausage. I like to make a big loaf and slice it for meatloaf sandwiches w/ cranberry sauce and melted provolone. I'll have to try this method.
Oh my God I made this it was delicious! I even paired it with the Brussels and the mashed potatoes and I made a gluten-free gravy with arrow root powder. No one could tell the difference. Thank you for this recipe
I made these yesterday as we didn't have leftovers since we didn't host this year. They were amazing. So delicious with the flavors of Thanksgiving. Can't wait to have them again tonight. I will take these over a roasted turkey anyday.
I love turkey. I eat turkey two or three times a week. It doesn’t have to be a holiday for me to have turkey. This looks incredible. Thanks for sharing.
First year away from home for Thanksgiving. This will be perfect for my thanksgiving dinner for two. As always, thank you for sharing your recipes! Looks amazing and can’t wait to try.
Wow this looks fantastic! I’m definitely going to try this. I’ve made a few other of your recipes too, like the asparagus tart, and they been awesome. Thanks so much
This is a wonderful idea! I love Thanksgiving flavors but I have a problem working with a whole turkey. This would be perfect for me. I wish I would have made this last year instead of ordering a subpar Thanksgiving dinner at a restaurant.
The way I’m excited and now not nervous to host Friendsgiving after trying this recipe is incredible! This was such a delicious and different way to get those classic thanksgiving flavors and I’m obsessed.
Thanksgiving is a ways away, but I'm so over summer and my head is in fall already. I'm making these this week. I'm so excited, I can already taste them.
This looks delicious! Definitely trying it. Absolutely love that you added cranberry sauce on top at the end. I also love having it fresh in the fall. The camera movement was a bit much this episode. It was a bit dizzying.

You see great minds think alike. A few of my friends called me weird for years when I did turkey meatballs with mushrooms over noodles, rice or like you did with mashed potatoes. Now I'm going to show them this recipe. Keep up the great work 👍🏻

This must be an Italian thing. My family is from Sicily and meatballs go on the table every thanksgiving and Christmas. I don’t eat red meat so I always use turkey 💞
Currently rewatching this Over and over again as I cook it w mashed potato’s brussel sprouts and stuffing bc my pregnant ass can’t stop thinking about this 🤤
Hi from Belgium Laura! Thx for the great recipe! Looks delicious and I would love to recreate it. We do not have turkey stuffing spices in Europe. What could be a good substitute ? Thanks and enjoy the holiday celebrations.
Oooh I need to do this. The turkey is always too much for us and just goes to waste. We're s ham family haha. I've been craving fresh cranberry sauce lately.
Ooooo! This is a fabulous meal. Great idea. Oddly enough, we don't much care for a Thanksgiving Turkey. I always make a Prime rib. But we all like turkey meatballs. Go figure!! Are you going to show us your recipe for homemade cranberry sauce? Yum. 👍❤🦃
Laura, I’m sure you have featured your beautiful knife with the blue handle, but I am relatively new to your channel, so could you please tell me about it, and if it’s possible to get one. Thanks a million.
Hi Laura! I love your recipes! Is it ground turkey breast or dark meat that you used? Usually, I prefer the breast but I'm not sure if I can use it to make meatballs, maybe they'll get too dry? Let me know, please.
