As an expat do I need a BSN number to purchase a property in the Netherlands in those cases when no mortgage is required and when residency will be less than 90 days?
@gp2670, have you managed to get some clarity on this? We are looking to do the same but cannot get the information and process without BSN anywhere. I wouldve thought the trasnfer taxes etc would just be paid on top of the purchase price.

The notary will need a bsn to arrange the transfertaxes, so I do think it’s necessary
