I'm glad they still bite it after the foil is shredded, bc mine looks like a slide swimming shad now. But I'm sure I'd get more bites if it was troutish again though. Lol I'm gonna hit u up possibly to repair mine. U r funny about no eyes on baits. I remember u always tell me funny things about no 4 eye baits or u gotta put eyes on that!!!Your advice has always been good in my book. Thank a lot an c u at the shop
I just found a OG deps 250 while diving where can I get eyes and the foil to repair it I want to fix it up for my son 4yrs old and put it in his safe to have when he gets older

Soak your bait in water for a few minutes before trying to remove the skin.. makes it less likely to tear.. and much easier!!!!
Awesome video, quick question will epoxying the skin down also help keep the bait from fogging up under the skin and getting those airbubbles? Thanks
Yes..-.. but you will never get it off to repair old foil..or other issues under the skin

MR-FLIP Ive seen Diamond Reflective tape for Birds used as a foil for them.
