As for the loft bedroom to have space around the bed, instead of a large nightstand, small wall mounted shelves or small wall mounted cubby cabinets with electrical outlets above them can sit on each side of the bed, a bit above bed height to store and charge smartphones, tablets, etc. And small wall mounted LED spotlights on each side of the bed can be used for reading lamps. @@cbisme6414 we live in a little town, pretty rural. In the 6 years we've lived here the county has sprayed for mosquitos once. Poor area so the county doesn't have a lot of $. Other things take priority.
I do like the design but I think the stairs start too close to the wall (3:09). It's OK if you are thin person or a kid, but if you aren't squeezing around to get up the steps might be a bit awkward. The other 2 issues I'd recommend would be to put a glass surround in the only bathroom shower area to keep the wet from overtaking the whole room. From a safety perspective I think it is a good idea so the floors aren't too slippery. Also the final thing would be that if I had designed it I would have put up a complete wall in the top bedroom area, not a railing as it is too open. Not only too open to the living area but even from the outside if you were wanting to change your clothes for instance in the middle of the day and the windows are open to the street, wouldn't go down well.
There are some things I would like to change in this floorplan/design. I don't like walking straight into the Kitchen area when coming through the front door. I like plants but not a design into the floor. I would be the first person to tripping over that little wall in the flooring. I would remove that floor planter and put a folding down table there. I'm more of a table sitter then a counter sitter. I would like a little back porch instead of just steps in the back. I would remove that upstairs railing and put a long wall dresser there for more storage space. And I would also add a window in the ceiling/roof. So, I can see the stars at night. But in all is was nicely done.
@@Doreas13 I haven't gone back into the video but I agree the wall dresser sounds good and practical. Whatever gives more privacy is important there. As for the difference between a small table and a counter, doesn't faze me either way but don't like sitting on tall bar stool type seats (if that is what was there). Porch sounds good too.
I do not like, at all, that you have to leave the cooking area to get something out of the fridge by the front door, past the seating area. That’s an issue.
@@ladycirclewoman3821 Totally agree! The fridge doesn't look as if it's part of the kitchen. Simple fix would be to move that sitting area to the left, move the hanging wine glasses to the wall on the right. Would be more of a galley kitchen, which I'd be fine with so long as the fridge is IN the kitchen.

My only issue is he placement of the refrigerator, it is the first thing you see walking in the front door and not accessible if in the kitchen, perhaps it could have been tucked under the stairs, otherwise it is very nice
Took me a moment to realize this was a computer generated video, I thought it was a real built tiny house. It does look amazing would love to see this be build......
I like the design of the house, the only changes I would make are to move the TV unit area to the right and then in the kitchen, move the seating area to the left so that when you walk into the house, you can walk through the galley kitchen and the fridge is IN the kitchen, not looking so much like its separated from the kitchen. Also, I'd replace the stairs with a spiral staircase and would probably get rid of the balcony for an upstairs bathroom that's more spacious then the downstairs one which is more suitable for guests.

I only like outside house looks nice but inside is okay...not too great or wow
I thought it was a Ken doll standing on the balcony!
Nope. Refrigerator in entranceway!!! You have to walk around the bar to get to the fridge? Don’t like it stall.
This instrumental sounds like a MGK song.
Refrig is cut off by the eating counter. Poor layout and design
Why I can't I find y'all I have land I'm trying to put these on I Love them
