OMG. I felt vertigo coming on just watching this. No way would I ever get on that coaster. But thanks for showing this. Reminds me that some people are very brave. 👏👏🇨🇦

Stephen Harper was PM in 2012. As a Conservative, he wasn't all that concerned about climate change, and was big on promoting Canada's oil industry. Hence the idea of telling the kid to imagine he was the PM and the moles to be whacked were environmentalists.

Recently visited and had my spine rearranged by the Wilde Beast (old wooden rollercoaster), the Leviathan scared me out of my jaded mind and the funnel cake put me into a sugar coma. Still better than going on those spinning teacup rides. Those are for crazy people. 🇨🇦

Canada's Wonderland is the 6th largest theme park in North America. It was listed as the 8th best amusement park to visit in the world for 2023.

The "West Edmonton Mall" used to have the .... what was the marketing line... Worlds largest indoor triple loop rollercoaster... ? Something like that. It was called the Mindbender, and closed "forever" In... January? Recently in any case. I'm sure they will install another rollercoaster with some marketing tag line. It was fun... but quite a wait for a ride that lasted 30 seconds. (I rode it enough as a teenager I did time it.)

I have not gone to wonderland in many years, but it is awesome. If you ever get a chance to come to Ontario, you have to go to Wonderland. I use to go almost every summer and always had a great time. It is well worth the price. There is something for everyone. I dont know why they only showed the one ride, there are many rollercoasters at Wonderland. The park is actually big with lots of things to see and many rides and shows. If someone visits Canada, Wonderland has to be on the list of things to do and see, it really is a fun place.

Due to the winter, Canada's Wonderland is open for 6 months (May - October/Halloween with special/terrific seasonal theme events throughout!)😂😂

I didn't and don't want to think of the nightmare maintenance schedule for any of these rides considering that they have to be out and endure a Canadian winter

A one day pass at Wonderland, is about $85 CDN and a whole season pass is about $120 CDN, so the kids in the area can go from the beginning of May to near the end of October - basically every day.

You have not lived until you've had a funnel cake. Absolutely delicious. Although I prefer mine with just powdered sugar, I don't need the whipped topping or fruit or any other extras.

    I Love This Place❤.
I've Rode Leviathan & My God! That Thing Is Super Fast I Could Barely Keep My Eyes Open & You Know How Some Rides Take Your Picture Before The Drop
Well Mine Was Taken & It Showed Me With My Head In My Arms. Was I Scared Fuck No! After That I Wanted To Ride The Behemoth Next
Which Is Another Giant & Fast Rollercoaster Wonderland Has.

Since that was filmed, Canada's Wonderland has added one or more rollercoasters each year. At present, Canada's Wonderland has the third most rollercoaster among all amusement parks in the world with 18 in the park. Chimo

This was a delight and brought back so many memories, not only of Wonderland, but also of how funny Rick is. He was an absolute national treasure. I had the honour of seeing him in person in 2008 when he did a tour of Canadian univ, raising money for anti-malerial campaigns (Raise the Net). He's a wonderful man. Check out also his Talking to Americans segments from This Hour Has 22 Minutes.

Wonderland is located in Vaughn, Ontario (just outside the north of Toronto).
For years about at least 10 members of my family have had season passes to the park & would go at least 8 or more times every year .
In summer when it’s too hot to walk around much you can spend the day in the water park.

Wonderland is about an hour from my house. I was twenty when it opened and it had quite a few rides. Every year since a ride has been added. I have had a lot of fun there. It has a water park too now. Check out Cedar Point in Ohio

There used to be a rollercoaster at Wonderland called The Bat that part of it would spiral in the shape of bat wings.

This past Sunday the Lumberjack roller coaster at Wonderland was stuck upside down for 30 minutes. People were saying they thought their heads were going to explode

At Wonderland you can for an extra cost pay to skip the line. They only sell a certain amount each day. It only works for the top Rollercoasters and all the other rides you have to wait like everyone else.

Wonderland also has a Water Park and live shows that you can watch, like acrobatic shows. As well as the Victoria Falls High Divers who dive off of Wonder Mountain. They're always amazing to see.
