Yes I enjoy these videos. But don’t forget to still do some shopping. 👍
I find it tedious hearing about narcissistic people doing selfies, endless posing 😮 Sorry, but not for me
Yes. Daily life in Russia is interesting. As an American, I see us more parallel that some would want to admit.
From a fashion sense. I see one MAJOR difference in the women. SHOES. Russian women are much more sensible in show choices. American women would be in high heels and wedges.
I have a great idea for you. You can tour restaurants of different cuisines in various Russian cities.

As a Muscovite and a lover of parks, I will say that this ordinary small and noisy square is not the place where I would like to walk. But the real parks of Moscow are really great. They are huge, picturesque, and natural. For example, Kolomenskoye, Tsaritsyno, Sokolniki, Botanical Garden, Izmailovo, Kuzminki, Bitsevsky, Teplostansky, Troparevsky. Many have real rivers and forests inhabited by wild animals. That's what you can call real parks.
Agree
I will always know about Patriarchs Ponds because of that opening scene in The Master and Margarita. 😅
Right, maybe the most famous reason this park is so well known.
Honestly this looks better than Central Park. I live in NYC and this looks much nicer.
It’s very small park. For real parks you need to go to Gorky park or several other parks, there are plenty of them.
Russell goes to Gorky Park in one of his videos ! Beautiful ! Puts our U.S. parks to shame !
Мы сами знаем
Moscow is full of greenery and flower buckets, ponds, well maintained and giving happiness for walking folks. Thanks for sharing.
Gorgeous! I have heard it said that Moscow has more "green space" than any city in Europe.
Correct. Even I haven't seen every park in Moscow in all the years I've lived here.
…any capital in Europe.
yes every neighborhood have park and pond
@@alexanderchepak2009 Thank you for the clarification!
@@random2829 he is incorrect. Moscow is the most green city in world among large cities.
Hi, Just wanted to share a cool fact about Patriarch's Pond in Moscow. This place has become super famous, mostly because of the novel "The Master and Margarita" by Mikhail Bulgakov. The pond has been around since the 17th century, but it really got its claim to fame from this book.
I just have to tell you about "The Master and Margarita" by Mikhail Bulgakov. This novel is an absolute gem and one of the most fascinating books you’ll ever read. It's set in Moscow and kicks off with this mind-blowing scene at Patriarch's Pond, where the devil himself shows up.
Thanks for sharing
Yes it’s a Russian classic 💕

Yea. More parks! One thing I've noticed in all of your videos. Ok. More than one is how well maintained the parks are. You don't see people trashing them with their rubbish on the ground. People seem to have respect for their surroundings. Also, I have yet to see anyone using a wheelchair or mobility scooter. Not even a cane! I also find Russian people are nicely dressed in out in public. Which I absolutely love.
There's just so much to see! I doubt a lifetime would be enough. Thanks for bringing us along for this trip!

Great seeing ya in Moscow's Patriarch Ponds' District, the Russian equivalent of NYC's Central Park! And also the Russian equivalent of Chapultepec(Grasshopper Hill) Park, Mexico City's green lungs. 😁👍
Охо, вас узнали Рассел, впервые вижу в вашем видео. Надеюсь будут по чаще узнавать.
Russell, there are many great parks in and around Moscow. Perhaps one or two videos of some of them. One particular place that I admire is Arkhangelskoe a bit of northwest of Moscow.
Царицыно 😊
I think the problem of the West with obesity is in nutrition, in Russia they often cook at home from primary products themselves (vegetables. meat, cereals), and in the West they like to buy and warm up semi-finished products or eat fast food, and this is not healthy food with an overabundance of sugar and fats
Thanks ❣️🤗

What I’ve wondered about for ages, do you never see disabled people moving around? Never seen any in the shops/supermarkets you’ve done or in the parks/outside areas, are they hidden at home?😮
Several years ago, a scandal raged in Moscow between the owners of luxury apartments and participants in noisy entertainment who come here from the Moscow outskirts. There were even accusations of class hatred.
