The wire ties are supplied so you can reinforce the heat shield on the turbine outlet pipe. 👍
I remember following this build around the time it started. Having, now, revisited the OBS content on the internet because I may actually finally build one, this is still the best OBS series on UA-cam. No one else has made or makes as quality of videos following their OBS build.
Ryan been watching for over 2 years. Love the content love the story behind the channel blue collar. I'm a trimmer on the east coast in Delaware. if you want more turbo whistle try installing a wicked wheel 2 compressor wheel
When you do the muffler delete do like I did I had a 7.3 in an 89 3/4 ton heavy duty and I had the local muffler shop take a piece of 4 and 1/2 inch number correctly and they resized the ends of it to make it look like a glasspack I didn't lose any of my Turbo whistle and for being an aftermarket Banks Turbo that thing blue black smoke like you wouldn't believe and had one hell of a good cackle when you downshift it

Wouldn't side exit exhaust in front of the rear tire cause the tire to heat up tire more? Running the tire above the normal hot range?
