Every Kenyan should be watching this show, as Kenyans we have alot to learn
I'm very happy with mediation nd arbitration because it preserves relationships. Keep it up
We should have such people in the government.
Mr. Fanya Mambo, I love your arguments and I support you all the way. It's shameful to see a group of leaders sitting only to suck citizens blood instead of coming out with innovative solution to economic growth apart from taxes
Mr Fanya Mambo. You've presented a very good presentation at the Studio and I'm convinced majority of Kenyans will definitely support your presentation & walk along with you all the way to the Courts to sue UDA Govt, under William Rutto
These are the minds we need in our political space
All salaried staff should support the likes of Fanya mambo kinuthia!
He is fit to represent people in government.
He brings very insightful perspectives to the table
Okiya Omtata and Fanya Mambo 2027
Yes
Yes
Yes
Yes
Yes
Fanya Mambo is really informed. Him, Omtata and others are wakombozi kamili of Kenya
This are brains we want here in Africa. it reminds me of black Panthers in USA. In the 60 s young intelligent young and militant .
Why can't they give 21 days notice for KRA official visiting your home? Many thanks
fanya mambo is a very eloquent guy.
I got the perception that the Eric didn't want to grasp his point. He kept repeating that of the main issues he mentioned, he went to court to limit taxation and address KRA visitation without notice. Fanya Mambo keep doing mambo.
Very informative discussion on taxable income. Congratulations!
Loans taken earlier are affecting net take home. Right?
Kudos fanya mambo,arutta continua👊👊👊
This guy said govt should take only 20%. You guys don't seem to be listening to him. Kenya does not provide its citizens with services that are commensurate to the taxes they collect. You don't have to put up with a govt that taxes you to death.
On point!!!!
And the little services we receive, we have to beg for them ... And it is given to us like its a favor.
In fact 20% is too much. They should take 5% maximum
Fanya Mambo Kinuthia was not urging us not to pay taxes; rather, he is supporting boundaries and deadlines. Either CT Muga did not listen to Fanya Mambo Kinuthia closely, or he purposefully presented ignorance. You forced him to say it twice. The president cannot simply wake up and start taxing Kenyans more heavily.
Brilliant!! Taxes on salaries should be capped.
Very straightforward and up-to-date with the current situation in the country. He articulates issues very well and understands the constitution as to how the gov't should operate when working for the people. Fanya Mambo has the interest of the people at heart, because why would a gov't take Tax from my salary with the assumption that they are building houses, yet I have a house 🏠 of my own...
Great Conversation today, its good to have this show back.
I listen to fanya mambo....😂😂😂.i can compare to someone learned.😅😅😅
Most brilliant mind I've heard on this show
Fanya mambo indeed you deserve that name I like your thinking and openness
This guy is smart.... very wise.
People in these properties got title deeds from someone. These people have been staying in these properties for years. Govt is at fault. How do these people build and live on Govt land without being stopped before they start building? How do they acquire this land? It is govt's fault.
The same government cartels do sell to Kenyans after grabbing government lands
Exactly!!
Ruth you maybe growing out side Kenya but I respect your comment, but my friend I live in Kenya mombasa changamwe magongo, muranga, don't laugh, their is a place close to AVA jomvu, people grabbed Kenya railway land knowing well it's KR land, but due to ignorance and knowing it's an reserved land, people built houses knowing it's a reserved land, government won't waste money on employing people to Fukuda people on government land day in day out, do it at your own risk, same to private land don't come ask where we're you.
I like this guy
Great guy this one!!
Fanya mambo ur true patriot. Kudos keep up.
Good brains at work
We pay 20% of our income and things work - this is what we pay in Uk
Are you for real?! Do you honestly want to compare Kenya to UK?
@@PRINCESSNELLY254The taxes in UK work ,why cant it work in Kenya, we are both on earth and managed by people.
@@jacksonogwindi1653 thank you!
@@PRINCESSNELLY254.... What exactly do they do in U.K that can't be done in Kenya? ... Why don't you talk directly, instead of posing rhetorical questions.
I'd rather pay high taxes that actually work. However, we can't compare Kenya to the UK because our civil service structure is rotten to the core. Collecting higher taxes won't work if the ppl collecting have no vision.
I like how fanya mambo simplifies the understanding of paying taxes. I can’t plant my own cabbages which the government is unable to plant then the government comes for a share of my cabbages via tax
Brilliant guy right there
Fanya Mambo, you get it right as to direct taxation.
Fanya mambo am on your side...
You are talking som sence
Now I believe Ruto wasn't voted by Kenyans
Nothing could be far from the truth. if elections are held today the guy will win by 60% steal the other 10%. kenyans we love mediocrity in the name of tribalism
that is why they have beautiful, roads, clean streets, and beautiful parks where kids and grownups can have a good time!
I love your augments we need men like you in our country
When I we going to court, I will stop everything and come
Great Move by Kinuthia.100% support this
Fanya mambo will get my vote with no queation if he runs for office. Very infromed, researched and articulate scholar of the law and most important common sense.
Fanya Mambo brother, i really feel you are my voice together we move to cry for our rights!
This KK guys are just an absurdity!
The guy has very good intentions. It is what we Kenyans want.
Nevertheless I feel they need 'firm-up' the case some more.
Why “firm-up”?😄 i guesse you smell the hyperbole.
He knows Ruto is going to swat it aside ... So this is all for public consumption.
So it doesn't need to be all that firm, since he is not going for a deep penetration.
This is very enticing and encouraging, this government should be stopped from robbing a few gullible Kenyans who struggle with meagre salaries when statehouse regulars wallow in luxury stolen from ,@ Fanya mambo and co.push until something happens.
Fanya mambo I salute you
Good job journalist
one point very important I heard from this guy is that the government should look at other means of getting money and not taxing people to all manner of ways.
This guy is making a lot of sense. This guy should be in the next parliament
Everybody looks good until they get to parliament.
@@ellyyogo3105 I agree but Omtatah is proof that we have leaders who have good morals and who are ready to remain true to their ideals
@@ellyyogo3105 You're very negative.Change your thinking.
definately look like someone id vote for
Cabinet Secretary positions should be on merit rather than political capital. We need professionals.
Wise people known by their talk.
The truth always wins.
Point. Of. Information. Who. Told. Ruto. We. Want. Those. Houses. Some. Of. Us. Are. Comfortable. Where. We. Are. Our. NEED. Is. FOOD. Not. Affordable. Houses. That. Others. Are. Crying. Of. Stolen. Land.
Kinuthia, Guten Tag, wie geht's Ihnen? I think I remember you from Goethe Institute.....I left for Germany after the course....
In my teens and early adulthood, we made clothes locally from local textiles. Fanya Mambo, it is possible to produce and sell locally as well as export. This was bottom-up because we started from cotton produced by Kenyan farmers
And the quality was excellent
But now we are importing cotton clothes from China.
Malema of kenya is Fanya Mambo
Before they impose any tax to Kenyans let the illegitimate government create jobs in the first place. If every Kenyan has job to do then even if you tax them no problem but here you tax a Kenyan who doesn't have anything to support him or her.Ruto aondoke kwa ofisi sababu ushuru ya wakenya imekulwa na Hao watu..Fanya mambo kinuthia we are behind you.
Zakayo!
He is talking about direct taxes and fix a limit not about indirect tax .He has a point.
This guy thinks exactly like me
We should all go to Court.
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Aki ,u spice team are enjoying this guy ,😂😂😂🎉😂 ,,have always admired ur intelligence tho😅😅
Privacy needed especially from KRA and tax collector's
How can you paid the government services
A guy who thinks exactly like me
Kinuthia is a representative of Kenya worker because one Atwoli who is paid by Kenya employees deserted them to work for the government!
I can't understand why do the government impose tax on gross salary then this amount is deducted in net salary.
CT how did the kenyans acquire the land? who ever signs those deeds should be forced to compensate and jailed for life
Hii ndio inabamba sasa 💯
Issues of new taxes should be an issue of a referendum
Eric do you live in kenya coz sometimes your questions are like you are supporting our suffering
This guy and omatatah are smart
Contain and control.
What will people of KENYA live on if all their money goes to RUTO? What is the point of all these TAXATIONS 😂
What he is saying is not out of the ordinary. I have been to a country where I could negotiate between 24%, 18% and 12% tax on earnings and for each percentage they tell me what the cons and pros are and then I decide on my own. That sense of ownership sometimes even made me chose 24% tax. Introduce functional analysts and actuarist into these tax issues an dgive kenyans options-that would be the best way forward.
Kweli huyu ni FANYA MAMBO
Latif skuizi hushikia hii gava bond 😅😅😅
Let me baptis him new name Martin Luther King for he resemble him and bright speech as him
It's funny how the presenters don't support kinuthia's idea
They are trying to save their asses. They're scared of the truth being spoken at the studio. They fear that Ruto may pounce on them. That's why they behave the way they do. Eric is the epitome of that silly behaviour. CT & Ndu are just merely following in Eric's "footsteps." I used to like this show, lakini siku hizi hi show ni MATOPE! Eric licks Ruto's buttocks a bit too much.
It's the "hot seat of the situation room". Their not supposed to agree with every thing that you say.. their there to poke holes on your ideas for you to expound them more for the listers to understand.
Its nit their job to support guests .... Its their job to get the guest to explain themselves and give usbtheir thinking.
No sober judge would take him seriously. This is more about appealing to public emotion for political expediency. He says hilarious, petty things about the Govt manifesto 😄, things I would never expect an educated adult male to say. But it's his self centered middle class rants about buying his kids luxuries that takes the cake, but how about the jobless youth in the slums who has to turn to crime to feed his family? Lest we forget, housing was a centerpiece of both manifestos, we should focus on addressing the needs of those struggling rather than trivializing their plight.
@@johndoe-er3qi ... Housing who? ... The aforementioned jobless youth?! 😂😂😂 .... And they will pay for the houses with what money?
Be wise and know when you are being shaken down.
I get his point of view. The majority of tax should be from indirect taxes which is directly related to the Country's productivity (case in point Germany & Mercedes Benz). Gvt creates a conducive environment for businesses, business thrives, gvt gets more taxes from Corporate taxes and VAT on the sold products. In Kenya PAYE collection at Shs 494 million is double VAT collection which means the 3% in employment are proper enslaved.
Fanya Mambo 4 prezzo 2027
Let them eat bread heheheh
Factcheck, your guest Fanya Mambo, Sanjay Gadhi National Park is inside Mumbai city. Nairobi is not the only city with a national park.
Hawa wakora wapunguze bei ya building materials tujijengee wenyewe
We have Titanium in kwale county. Who benefits?
Ati Kinuthia anaturepresent? How? Juu kimewaramba?
Fanya Mambo has a good idea but he is caught up in the emotion. As at 28:41 he has not yet answered how they arrived to 20% which Latiff is still wanting to get an answer from him about it
He is a human being thats why he has emotions,he’s passionate.
Obviously it abitrary ... Preferably we would want to keep all of your salary.
But since we need to pool resources to get certain things done we have to find an acceptable fraction of our income to give towards KNOWN common objectives.
And 20% is an acceptable number because it has worked in many other countries. And it guarantees that you will keep at least 3 quarters of you pay that you worked for.
Why to you buy when you know it's government property
Mchunge pia na nyinyi msibebwe na ndege.
CRY. MY. BELOVED. COUNTRY.
When presenting arguments, it is important to avoid attaching personal emotions to them. Instead, it is more effective to be rational and present factual information.
True, his emotive language and personal grievances against the president and his manifesto detract from the argument and smack of political vendetta.
Tugege consoling themselves here. Take it or leave it, the president has and is messing this country.
Kirwa...hehehe.
Says "Kirwa"....
Kirwa,name betrays you.We understand you😆😆
I want Ruto to increase taxes by 10 0000 zillion kenya shillings. I want ruto to increase poverty and inequality by 700 000 zillion kenya shillings. By selecting ruto kenyans agreed to politrickal patronage cronyism and thuggish and gangsterish and criminals. Lower quality of life for all kenyans except politrickal cronies of government. Sasa all kenyans must embrace this serekali and not complaining
Kinuthia go Ruto ametuchokesha na tax and doing nothing nikutembea tu kila mkoa kudanganya wakenya
Its clear nowwhy he is called fanya mambo-good work -are you the opposition leader in Kenya?
Reason, Evry other president has nver had to follow the rule of law. Before Ruto it was the Rule of the president. That is it. Kenyans are not used to the RULE OF LAW.
I think spice fm is uda 😂
Let them take our salaries we take the taxes 😂😂
We nothing but consumers who like someone else to produce then we take. We are rich people with a poor mentality period.
Ruto coming for you. Omtata is now arrested😮why can't Kenyans arrest Ruto?
20 percent? We have always paid 30 percent before these new taxes.
It depends on the tax band you are in. Income Tax (eg PAYE) is graduated.
Mr Fanya Mambo, you can't fire people who sponsored your campaign we are doomed as a Nation.,remember you become a CS because you supported the winning political party.
