They are so delicious, we used to have them at the south Indian (Kerela/Malayali) restaurants in Dubai, with fish curry, mutar kheema or dal, so yummy! Thanks for sharing, I will try making them at home.

What is all purpose cake flour? I have only heard of all purpose, or cake flour separately
