There was a theory that Wally is immortal. Blah blah Pokemon this blah blah its complicated In the Sun and Moon games you could find Wally, Red, and Blue in the battle tree. Red and Blue are clearly way older than they were in their original games, but Wally was still the exact same age and looked the same as well.
I think that's a matter of when in the in-universe(s) timeline each game takes place, as confirmed by Game Freak. I believe the Alola and Hoenn stories happen roughly concurrently to each other.
@@darkness74185 Gen 2 - 4 takes place about 3 years after gen 1, and then I think gen 5 takes place a further 10 or so years in the future. Everything after that takes place in a completely seperate timeline so... ???
@@matthewbibby8921 not really. Pokemon is a multiverse and every universe has its own gen 1, gen 2, gen 3 etc. What I mean by that is that is that in every universe all the events from all the games do take place but they're slightly different or altered from one another. So in one timeline the events of Red and the events of emerald could take place at the same time, i.e some universe red, blue, Brandon or may could have started their journey at the same time, whereas in other universes the events of Pokemon red could've taken place before the events of emerald.
The mythical bad jack outlet problem... I've had that one before, and I can confirm, there's no easy searchable solution. I know the feelz man, been there, done that, eventually bought a different laptop from even the pseudo fix I personally found stopped working... and that was finding the manual way to switch output from speakers to headphones, it only solved the non-auto detect issue... it helped, but not for long enough, and was it sooooo tedious. Good luck with it man, and stay safe out there.
To answer your question around 7:16... Yes, you lose. This is Pokemon: Hard Mode. If you have no pokemon that can use HM moves to continue your run, you have "Softlocked" your Nuzlocke run and thus, have failed. Either start again or play the game like normal. The commonly-accepted start of the challenge is usually when you are finally able to receive/purchase pokeballs, since you have no way to catch pokemon until the game gives you access and thus would make it a bit unfair to force you into missing out on early-route pokemon just because you weren't given any pokeballs to use. Some Nuzlockers are gluttons for punishment though and absolutely stack the deck against themselves, considering the run to have started the moment they begin the game. As far as the Magnemite vs Mawile battle... I looked up the Pokemon Showdown damage calculator and it said that on a Crit, at minimum in 3rd gen, it would be a guaranteed 2HKO. Don't know if that's anything special aside from possibly saying that Chomps should have lasted at least one more turn.
According to the rules, If absolutely needed you can catch an HM slave but only if it is needed to progress and if you don't have any Pokemon that can learn that HM.
No, it makes sense that Flannery had a numel and Maxie had a camerupt. Lorewise, the gym leaders use Pokémon in accordance to your level and experience. The criminal organizations being, well, criminal organizations...means they’re out for blood.
1. It starts when you get your pokeballs 2. If your hm user gets ko’d you can still use it just not in battle or you can use hms on your other teammates and delete the move for another one(if it’s gen 3)
with the camerupt and numel thing, i like the headcanon with the gym leaders using gym assigned pokemon since using highleveled pokemon (or evolved pokemon) for trainers ranging kids and teens (maybe even adults in game) was a bit overkill
i know its a year late, but she had to have swapped the mawile into a metal sound or the trainer had a held item on it that increases its damage, as in gen 3 no trainers have evs and a max SpA iv magnemite with +SpA nature thundershocking a 0 SpD iv -SpD nature mawile with 0 evs can do a max of 42 damage with a crit according to pokemon showdowns damage calculator, sadly the vod doesnt seem to exist, and no website seems to contain information on enemy trainers that arent like, gym leaders so i cant confirm held items
The dog comment is more of an inside joke on Jaiden's channel. She did a whole "We're getting a dog " video, and it was actually abut getting Ari her bird. So the joke is bird=dog on Jaiden's channel.
Hey wolf please will you do a nuzloke series? Think it would be awesome and provid us lot stuck at home with a lot of laughs. I know you love platinum and the next game may be gen 4 so why not start there 😉
Wally is actually one of my favorite partner rivals and his character arc is imo one of the best in the series, he starts as some frail kid and you teach him more and more and he becomes a great trainer
On my first Nuzlocke I attempted I was playing leaf green and every pokemon I caught kept dying while trying to level it up, except for Squirtle (water is busted in Kanto) so I ended up just using him for 90% of the game. He clapped every trainer, every gym, every encounter all by himself. By the time I made it to the league he was a level 80 beast alongside a level 65 Jolteon and together they crushed the league with just the two of them. Shiggs you are a legend and single-handedly saved the entire Nuzlocke for me, I'm very proud of you!

grr
• skitkat • it was just a joke
Then even more people would be confused about why his ranking were terrible for singles.
The straight face he had when jaiden named the tailow Ari was hard to watch
Wolfey @ end of the video
> is this even recording …? It is. Let’s go wolf
LOL giving himself a pat on the back for doing the bare minimum had me dying
11:01 Magnemite 0HKO mawile with thundershock
Wolfey: I'm actually shock...
When he says "let's go wolfey" after double checking that he recorded
The deaths were too much for me. They reminded me of my Araquanid's death...Dewie, you will always be remembered. I don't know why I got so attached to you, but I will always keep your save file. You have an entire box to yourself.
Needless to say, my eyes hurt and my nose is running.
+1 to the "vote for Mr. Glick to do a nuzlocke" tally board
How long until this man watches the entirety of Ludwig's b2w2 ludlocke
Idea for battle wideo: Nuzlocke(take a full team in, for every one that dies, you can’t use anymore, challenge ends when you lose everyone)
Is him saying Widio like a channel joke or is it like a speech impediment that he grew out of? Srry I’m new to the channel and I think that it would be rlly silly if it’s just a channel joke bc his channel name is “Wolfey” when I first started watching this vid I thought it was a kinda cute idea
Wolfey, I would 100% watch a (mostly uncut?) Nuzlock LP from you if you wanted to make that kind of content. They are usually a very long series but man oh man I'd be down for that.
I love how he speaks in neutral speech
There was a theory that Wally is immortal. Blah blah Pokemon this blah blah its complicated
In the Sun and Moon games you could find Wally, Red, and Blue in the battle tree.
I thint most gens actually happened almost side-by-side except for gen 1
That's because of his disease. He appears to age slowly. Also, tbe Hoenn region gets a lot of that nice sea air, and those hot springs r nice.
"These no damage runs... do not attempt with no parental supervision."
My parents seeing an aerodactyl: Is this a bulbasaur?
And of course, anything can be pikachu, but pikachu can't be anything.
But pikachu cannot be anything.
I want more content like the first 3 minutes of this wideo where there's no content just rambling :D
back in my day crits where affected by the Pokemon's speed stat :)
Oh those days
My baby boi Persian is grabage now.
14:05 "It takes _Guts_ to use Double Team"
I see what you did there
The mythical bad jack outlet problem...
Day 4 of reminding future Wolfey to make a video called "You can't spell Exeggutor without GG!" when it comes back out.
Jaiden is super talented, and im Glad that I could rewatch this awesome video here.. didnt know I needed that until now haha
woah, we finally got the extended cut of the real youtubist song!
:O
@@WolfeyVGC :O
At the end when she told us all of the Pokémon is that died She didn’t include chomp
She didn’t really care for chomp that much
she didn't include hush child the whismur
I feel so hard for Chomps.
I think she only said the ones that were on her team at the final four
MAIN casualties...

I love how he spent almost a minute talking about something sincere then that happens
Don't know if that's anything special aside from possibly saying that Chomps should have lasted at least one more turn.
i ended up so much more emotionally invested in watching her nuzlocke challenge than i ever anticipated :(
Yup, the first time I heard about this "Nuzlocke" thingy was from Jaiden. Glad the video blew up and introduced this to non-poketuber watchers.
i am once again asking for a mah-dry-bread reaction.
18:40 shiny hunters :
Finally an opponent
Our battle will be........ meh
According to the rules, If absolutely needed you can catch an HM slave but only if it is needed to progress and if you don't have any Pokemon that can learn that HM.
Day 1 of asking Wolfey to rank Pokemon protagonists by how much he likes their hat.
i was NOT expecting hearing that happy pride from wolfey my jaw was dropped im so happy oml
11:12
*Wolfey:* "I'm actually shocked"
*Mawile:* "Yeah me too lmao"
No, it makes sense that Flannery had a numel and Maxie had a camerupt. Lorewise, the gym leaders use Pokémon in accordance to your level and experience. The criminal organizations being, well, criminal organizations...means they’re out for blood.
1. It starts when you get your pokeballs
2. If your hm user gets ko’d you can still use it just not in battle or you can use hms on your other teammates and delete the move for another one(if it’s gen 3)
11:40 98.4% chance to 2HKO
That happy pride month in the beginning warmed my heart 😍❤️🏳️🌈
we need "If it was new sturdy" on a shirt
This is allI wanted. I love btw how your intro's just a shitpost, you are so weirdly entertaining
According to PokemonChallenges, a Nuzlocker Pro, ZipZapZop's survival against the Altaria was thanks to killing so many Marill, who give HP EV.
She says "Here's your dog" because she always refers to Ari (her pet parrot) as a dog. And since Peeko is a bird, well, that's that.
Yesss! At long last!
:3
I was watching this video while shiny hunting, and my first egg of the batch was a shiny Grookey w/ grassy surge. Thanks for the luck @WolfyVGC
with the camerupt and numel thing, i like the headcanon with the gym leaders using gym assigned pokemon since using highleveled pokemon (or evolved pokemon) for trainers ranging kids and teens (maybe even adults in game) was a bit overkill
i know its a year late, but she had to have swapped the mawile into a metal sound or the trainer had a held item on it that increases its damage, as in gen 3 no trainers have evs and a max SpA iv magnemite with +SpA nature thundershocking a 0 SpD iv -SpD nature mawile with 0 evs can do a max of 42 damage with a crit according to pokemon showdowns damage calculator, sadly the vod doesnt seem to exist, and no website seems to contain information on enemy trainers that arent like, gym leaders so i cant confirm held items
Is he saying wideo or am I just hearing him wrong because I'm confused
He might have trouble pronouncing r and v's. Idk
def saying wideo
I absolutely had the same question. He uses Wideo and Video interchangeably it seemed.
He says wideo as a joke. He also says wenusaur and cinderache
Instead of venusaur and cinderace
10:07 Peeko is an actual dog breed
The only 2 Pokémon Jaiden kept alive were birds.
Jaiden has 2 birds.
This confirms it was *rigged*
Hey, Marill does give HP EV' s, so...

The intro is always ..... yea it’s just always
You're the only reactor I respect since you actually comment and add info to the videos instead of sitting there in silence.
