This one is Babymetal in full prog mode just to remind you that they can do technical metal when they want to.
I was at the concert where this was filmed on April 1st at PIA Arena MM in Yokohama, and it was spectacular. While I was watching it live, I thought to myself, "This is going to look insane on video" and it does, but it looked even better live.
I'm so jealous!
I'm seeing them in London in November soooo looking forward to its my first ever gigg got to say little nervous but excited at the same time.

@darklytranquil1171 I've never had the opportunity before back when yui was still in babymetal that's one I wished I'd seen but as a true fan and still love babymetal this opportunity was to good to good to miss. Apart fromm the the last show before the the seal I've seen just about all of there live shows back when they first preformed.

Great reaction. The staging at PIA Yokohama where this was filmed in April was, as you commented on and as we have come to expect with BABYMETAL, spectacular.
Their are some definite prog elements about this song, not the first time they have done that of course, but it is the first time Su-metal has channelled Snow White's step mother or that Moametal has quoted Shakespeare's witches from MacBeth.🤘🦊🤘
Nice reaction. I agree that Babymetals stages are amazing. their stagehands and designers should get awards for the work they've done. Over the years they've asked Babymetal if there was anything they wanted to do. They said fly. And that's how we got the flying pyramid for the ONE video. But most often they want a way to get closer to the audience. The stage designers have come up with cool and unusual ways to make that happen. they once divided the audience in half. Making a walkway between them with moving platforms on it as well. Here they have a center area and mirroring stages on each side. They got some use out of those side stages. During this show for the song Karate. Babymetal was on one side and what the fans called Chibimetal was on the other side. Chibimetal has now been revealed to be a new group called Metalverse. They appear to be a Babymetal cover band. And will be appearing on their own in August for a music festival. Babymetal and Evanescence will also appear that same night. Metalverse is made up of some former members of Sakura Gakuin and are just a bit older than the ladies of Babymetal were when they started out. There are several other Babymetal cover bands out there from around the world. But this one is produced by Amuse! you know those folks who keep blocking all the Babymetal videos. Where will they go from here? Only The Fox god Knows as they say. When you're watching a newer video of Babymetal and it appears they're two groups of them. Your eyes aren't playing tricks on you. There really were two groups. The foxhole is deep and full of surprises.

"Mirror Mirror" is one of my favorite tracks off their new album, The Other ONE alongside "Believing", "METALIZM", "MAYA" and "Divine attack"... yeah, I know too many favorites, but the fact is that the whole album is soooo good. The mix of genres here is absolutely amazing: progressive metal, metalcore, hardcore and a very, very BABYMETAL chorus.
Visuals in this official MV show Momoko Okazaki debut as a full fledge official member under the stage name MOMOMETAL. 🤘🦊

I rarely make this comment because it comes across as sarcastic, but it has been said that Babymetal is a band that measures the level of its listeners. I am not an expert on music, I just love all of BABYMETAL's songs, so I can't tell you how great they are. But I think you understand the musical excellence of BABYMETAL.
The sound in this music video is a studio recording, but Anthony's drums that day were a deadly weapon.

Are they playing private venues or only festivals?
@@Cheezyxyz They are at UA-cam Theater in LA for 2 nights, Oct 11 and Oct 12. The 11th is sold out, I don't think the 12th is yet. They are coheadlining with DethKlok, not sure if you know anything about them. I didn't, but I have listened to some of their stuff now.
