If you are looking for a more all-encompassing solution, there is the privacy center app you can purchase as an add on to Salesforce that comes with a suite of data management tools (help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_security_privacy_policies_on_core.htm&release=246&type=5). There are 3rd party options on AppExchange to help with building these policies as well. Building out Flows can be a good option as well. Here is a quick example highlighting how we might construct a data deletion Flow (ua-cam.com/video/VZ1o93iKIpQ/v-deo.html). I'll dig into the Flow option in greater detail in a future video.
