To install the Isocam addon, open Blender preferences, go to Addons and click the Install button on the top side to navigate to this zip file. After that just activate the addon with a checkbox.

Finished this one today. The only part that gave me some problems, was the house. For the lattice to work, you joined the different parts of the house into one object. When assigning materials, I wanted to deseparate again into different pieces. That did not work, so gave the house one color, and added a pointlight into it on high strength, which “leaked” through the creaks. I did not add the smoke, because my pc is not the youngest anymore. Love your tutorials and am learning a lot. Thank you!
You can add as many different materials as you want to joined meshes. Even to the same mesh. Just select the faces and assign the material to them.
Thanks for doing these tutorials. Between yourself and another known Blender guy (I won't mention on your channel) blender has become way more natural for me to use, coming from zbrush and lightwave People like yourself giving up your time to make these tutorials are pure gold. Also if for any reason in the future you can't do this sort of stuff again you could always consider a career as an Arnold Schwarzenegger impersonator or voice in games or animated films.

Great tutorial! Most guys doing these just rush through way too fast to follow. Perfect pace and love that I can model something really impressive. I’ve shown a couple people and they are amazed I was able to do this (I didn’t tell them I followed the tutorial though 😂).

Love the channel content. Learning so many new techniques for example the even scaling of the door frame. Earlier today I spent a good few minutes trying to find a way but in the end I manually adjusted. Wish I’d seen this before 😂 oh well.

It's really weird when the background music at times comes blasting out of nowhere and it feels like you are about to go into a timelapse but your not, and then it kinda hard to hear what you are saying. But other than that amazing works and an amazing channel. I really like the videos with commentary on it.

When you add the roof line and add the cube I get 4 cubes as I'm assuming thats because the mirror modifier is still active but when I turn it off I lose half of the roof. I didn't see you turn that off.. maybe I'm missing something.

I was thinking of making an art of ruins on the bottom of the water, but I have no idea how to make this aquatic environment, my problem is with the visibility of the water, for me it is still very matte, even with roughness, ior and transparency adjusted to give the water effect, do you have any tips for me to solve this?
(extremely new) Currently learning maya and blender. you seem to be using a lot of hotkeys. would be appreciated if you have a key history in the corner of your videos so I don't have to google how you're doing everything. just a suggestion.
It should be in the right corner of the viewport.
Im very confused about something that's not working in following this as in your video. I'm in edit mode (for single brick), I duplicate it and move it to above the original but then you say rotate it and all that happens is the original brick all the vertices on it go crazy and I have no idea what's going on. Can you help?
It's okay, I've managed to solve the problem (by chance). What I realised is that I still had Proportional Editing switched on and that's what was causing the chaos!
