    Thank you so much for this beautiful meditation. As I followed your guidance I found a deep sadness at the ending of summer and the shortening of days that was combined with a feeling of pressure to do more in less time. The insight I received was to be much kinder with myself and to love and accept myself as I am, with no need for self-improvement.     Another great video. Could you do a guided meditation on connecting to reality specifically for those with moderate to severe DP/DR?
