The impact behind this song is so hard because every other song before it was frantic, dark and moody, or just ambiance. The song itself is a reward for progression.

totally agree. the fight itself is awesome too. honestly, in MP3, I kinda liked the Hunter boss battles more than I liked the Leviathan seed bosses. they felt a lot more intense and dynamic, and were faster as well.

I often find myself doing a slow depressed dance when I reach red brinstar, I love that theme so much. I do love the green brinstar them too. All the music in this game is just so good

The descent into Brinstar, with the music getting louder as you get closer, was a huge inspiration for the way I handle music in the game I'm making.
My favorite? A tie between Torvus Bog Main theme and Lower Brinstar(with all it's remixes)
