Charlie, this strawberry ice cream recipe is the best. The flavor was outstanding! I followed it according to the video. Was pleasantly surprised that I did not have to use fresh strawberries. Had a frozen bag in the freezer I usually use for smoothies. The only thing I didn't do was add the optional strawberry extract simply because I didn't have any. But I have since ordered some, so next time I will see if it makes a difference. Thanks again Charlie. Love your channel. Will try another flavor next time. But this one is a keeper! I've made ALOT of different custards for ice cream and yours if by far the most fool proof. It's also the only recipe I've made in wich the ice cream remains scoopable without defrosting for days. Keep up the videos man you deserve more recognition !

That ice cream looks so amazing; strawberry is my favorite hands down. It must be awesome because the table got punched an extra three times. LOL. My paw paw gave me an old wooden ice cream maker that you'd have to turn for about an hour. It made the best ice cream. Well, time to give this recipe a try.
