They slowlil increase the amount of food they eat, so big or small framed, their stomach stretches over time and can withstand a lot more food than the average person.
Even on a "Good Day" I'm really hard to pit any other two competitive eaters against you two. You both are always just CRUSHING it!!! ...and making it look SO easy!

Funny you should mention bringing your own silverware with you. My friends think I'm silly because I carry my own silverware into any restaurant. I guess it's a phobia, I don't like eating from silverware that strangers before me have eaten from and I don't know how efficient the dishwasher is in sanitizing . I keep a set in my bag at all times.
