  • The Maya civilization is spread over all or part of Mexico, Belize, Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador. Appeared at the end of the 3rd millennium century BC, it reached its peak between the 5th and 9th centuries AD before falling into decline and disappearing during the Spanish conquest in the 6th century. 00:00 The Maya civilization was one of the most evolved and mysterious in the world.

    Really really cool to see these small objects with glyphs inscribed on them. I try to draw these glyphs on paper, really hard plus I’m not too bad on drawings. Been to tulum and other pyramids maybe around six sights I’ve been to.

    What is lost? We know a lot about them. 23 million people speak the Mayan languages. We have ruins everywhere. We know when, where and how they lived. What they ate.
    How can we call it lost?

      You can translate the herogliphs? Why chichen itza pyramid was divided to four sides with 91 states each? And not 12 parts or something close?

    • @theodoresmith5272
      @theodoresmith5272 10 місяців тому

      @yevgenchuk well first chitzen itza is a Toltec site more then a Maya site. Old itza, mostly built over, was Maya.
      Bet you didn't know that. Also the Maya, like most dynasties, destroyed the past dynasties and or leaders history to write in there own.
      Have you been to Maya country? I spent about 6 months total going from palenque to Copan to the Guatemala highlands to the Yucatan. It's how I know chitzen itza is a Toltec site, it's also well documented, because I've been to Tolteca and many of the other native American ruins that are not Maya, in Mexico, well from Canada to Chile.
      Again what was lost? They say a monk burned all the Maya books in the early 1500s but the last Maya city didn't fall until the mid 1600s. Also it is from monks that we get 90% of all early accounts, customs, and knowledge about nat8ve Americans.

      Not really. Not nearly as much as up by mexico city or down south from ecuador to Chile. The Greeks were using braces between column stones a full thousand years before this because of the earthquakes in that area.

    The history of the indigenous peoples in the Americas is much, much older than a few thousand years. The Hopi people tell that they arrived in the America’s about 30,000 years ago when the continent that they were living on, Lemuria, sank under water. We judge the Maya, Aztecs, Inca’s and others on the traces that we find. But when we dig our way from the present to the past, we must know that the Earth is suffering from a cycle of seven recurring natural disasters. That is told in the Popol Vuh. These disasters create a cycle of civilizations. There are four primitive civilizations, sometimes mentioned a sun or world era. The next civilization lives in the fifth sun. This becomes eventually a high developed civilization that disappeared 20,000 years ago due to a recurring, thus predictable but inescapable disaster that is caused by the ninth planet in our solar system. This high developed civilizations has built sturdy monuments all over the world and they must have buried knowledge about themselves and the world history deep in the ground. Like Chitzén Itzá and the Great Pyramid. After them the cycle starts again with four primitive civilizations. We again live in the fifth sun. The so cold Venus platform is dedicated to this ninth planet that is known in Mexico with many names. Tonatiuh and Quetzalcoatl are just a few. The Aztec sun stone is a warning for this recurring disaster. When you do not know about this cycle, history remains a mystery. To learn much more about planet 9, the recurring flood cycle and its timeline, the rebirth of civilizations and ancient high technology, read the e-book: "Planet 9 = Nibiru". This book answers many of your questions about ancient history. It can be read on any computer, tablet or smartphone. Search: planet 9 roest

      Don't believe the propaganda. 13 million people speak Mayan languages today. Have you ever been to Spain? I have. They are white European. Have you been to Southern Mexico in Maya country or for that matter most of Central and south America? They are far from white people. How could they burn all the books in 1509 when the last Maya city to fall didn't fall til the late 1600s? Even today nobody wants the swamps the Maya mostly lived in.
