  • In this video we take a close look at the three pillars of training and fitness. Endurance, strength, and flexibility are discussed. We do mention the unseen fourth element - mental health but do not detail it. See the video on meditation for inference on the manifold psychological benefits of training. We do, however do a deep dive into stretching, flexibility and discuss multiple medical concepts involving nutrition, strength, types of stretches and dealing with injuries. This is a longer video and is meant as a reference for Instructors - it is broken into sections for ease of understanding…also we
    Work out together - (if you have health issues or injuries check with your health care provider prior to starting any work out program)…after the training session on the Warm Up and Stretching stick around for the bonus sections on PNF and Partner stretches!
