- Payday 2 Anarchist build in 2020. So many perk decks in Payday 2 and so many new and returning players. This video is showcasing a LMG and grenade launcher build in 2020.
Utilizing the KSP LMG shotgun along with the anarchist perk deck to achieve a high armor. So many anarchist variations and many different weapons to utilize. Some say that anarchist is the best perk deck in Payday 2 and is overpowered, but if you're new to death sentence, try some of the best builds until it becomes easy!
Please do not say that the 2 piece suit is better than the LBV. The movement speed difference is unnoticeable and the armor regen is identical to the millisecond.

No, frenzy is a really bad skill for OD, it does give you nothing, the damage reduction is really low (25% if the skill is aced). It won't allow you to survive 2 shots of a heavy swat unit, not even with the ICTV and anarchist. It's not worth it.
You'll bee able to take 3 shots before your armour brakes only with any other resist, such as Underdog aced, or after you've been helped up by a teammate with painkillers.
@@StrMtRpr-qe5lh The thing about anarchist is that the point of it is to break the armor. You get another hit when your armor breaks and then regens, so going with the ICTV is not as good as two-piece or LBV, as the armor regeneration is much quicker than with the ICTV. 25% is quite a bit on DSOD and the fact that you start at the low amount of health means that the berserker skill can synergise with it.
Also, I believe that the Armor conversion with anarchist happens before or independant of the health decrease. So you can also get berserker activated without risking your neck.
@@goovn822 Berserker Live Matters is my answer, I am always using it. And that story about the ICTV was only an example. And if you're playing with out the mod that lowers your help, it makes sense to take the base version of Frenzy And save 8 points.

Man, there is a better build. The name of the UA-cam channel you can find the build on is STOL3N. Search for his first video, he is russian but you will see what skills does he takes.
His build is based on the IZHMA and Judge with the explosive ammo, two piece suit, crits, sneaky bastard and some other dodge skills (you get 30% chance to dodge while sprinting), berserker. His build is really grate test it out.

Watching you take quick fix instead of painkillers when using both med bags and inspire and taking pumping iron instead of bloodthirst when building to berserker is pure torture

These new build videos are perfectly timed, I just got back into the game from a two year break.
I just took a 2 year break from making videos, and just came back too!
So about the Berserker skill; you only get the full 100% damage bonus when you're at 0% health. The description states that the boost is *up to* 100% based on how low your health is. You'll get your most damage in swan song. If you're willing to take the risk, being downed and then getting revived will get you within 10% of your max health or so, assuming no one has the health boost on revive perk, and that will seriously increase your damage.
Another thing, if you're not going to use the electric knuckles, you'll want to pick up the Bloodthirst perk instead of Pumping Iron. Pumping iron just increases damage done to enemies with melee attacks by 100%. Nothing special about that. With Bloodthirst, every enemy you kill increases the damage of your next melee attack by 100%, up to a 1600% increase. The aced skill halves your reload time after a melee kill for 10 seconds, so it's really good if you need a quick reload on your LMG. If you go the route of Bloodthirst, I recommend the katana due to it's increased attack speed if the first hit doesn't kill. If you need something with concealment, the ice pick does the same damage with max concealment.
Overall though, this looks a lot like any of my favorite anarchist builds.

Between the IZHMA autoshottie and Steakout 12G (from BBQ Pack), the first has a slightly better fire rate by 30 points (330/300), however, they both have the same damage and Steakout has a few more magazine rounds but again there is higher concealment for the IZHMA. They both serve the same purpose but one is used everywhere and the other is nearly forgotten, even for a DLC weapon.
Is there anything I am missing? Is the IZHMA actually more superior to the Steakout? Thank you again, Bee!

This is just Splendid, my friends got me into Payday 2 recently and since Im not the best at games like ever they recommended this build to me as it can have some dodge while also being tanky allowing for me to not suck! Very good build, the only things I perfer to have different are having a db grimm as secondary, and not having the railed foregrip on the ksp

I thought I read that second wind (as well as dire need and those armour recovery skills) don't work with anarchist? If that's the case wouldn't putting a point in that 8 stability skill be better
I know armor recovery skills don’t work, except for bullseye, that works great. As far as second wind goes, I thought it at least felt like I was getting that speed boost when all my armor depleted. You can of course put the points where you feel they go better mate,

When he said released in 2014 I genuinely alsmot cried in pain, the fact I've been using this perk deck like it was the holy grail (apart from when grinder came out) and listening to pimped out get away since 2013 makes me feel weird

Would you still use Frenzy for the Izhma version? or just move those fugitive points into utility ? What about silencers?
I’d still use frenzy. Only use silencers if you take optical illusions aced to get a lower detection

couple notes on the relationship of anarchist and armor, while the time to fully recover your armor is similar between all armors, the main, notable difference is the delay between armor recovery ticks. lighter armors tick faster for less armor per tick, heavy armors tick slower for much more armor per tick. in this sense heavy armors recover more armor per second passively, but you're going to have less opportunities to armor gate since there is such a large amount of time between ticks.
so if you want the armor that will give you the least downtime between "no armor" and "some armor" then suit is king.
if you want armor that you can treat more as a resource and don't plan on letting break very often ictv is good stuff.
depending on how you feel you may want something in between.

i know this video was 2 years ago but will the vulcan minigun work with this build?
since incidiary rounds on the grenade launcher is dlc would a flamethrower for damage over time also work?
What would you recommend if you had to change out the secondary sorry I play on Switch and that's secondary isn't available maybe the grenade launcher with incendiary rounds

I can't pickup the inspire perk at 4:21 without aceing combat medic. :/ It says I need 2 more points to unlock the tier 4 perk. The same with the Body Expertise at 5:31 and with Frenzy at 6:09. Did they change it? What do I do?
It’s because of your infamy mate. If on pc you need to be infamy 1, if console you need to be at least infamy 5

Is there a point for using inspire if youre soloing the heist? Also what would be a necessary ai crew build for easier solo loud?
Inspire is useless on solo if there’s no one to revive. Feign death and messiah are essential for solo
I don't understand, i did everything like you but i get melted like butter on onedown, i can't tank even for 5 seconds. Only thing different between us is that i'm infamy V and you XXV. Is that it? If so, why?

Hm, I've been running something like this but with ammo specialist instead of brawler. I'm not sure if I'm gonna change my entire build just yet, but I'm starting to see where my build comes up short. Granted I initially picked heavy armor+ lmg because I'd just watched Jin-Roh and thought that shit looked sick, so I wasn't exactly thinking in depth here.

Fun fact: Health increases actually affects Anarchist's armor conversion. For example, if you get the 30% health bonus from converted cops you will roughly have an extra 100 armor which really helps when you want to survive a sniper shot.

Wait can i just use berserker ace because it gives you 100 percent more damage so does this work with basic body expertise because i have 8 points left from not getting the ace and get underdog ace with parkour ace and second wind basic
Berzerker stacks with body expertise yes mate
I used this with the Steakout with Dragon's Breath Low accuracy and Arbiter to deal with snipers and crowds. It works really well since the LMG skills can be ported to shotgun skills and while I can't get headshots I still burn my enemies which grants me armor and stuns. Luckily, Dragon's Breath doesn't lower pickup so i had a steady amount of ammo

i love playing anarchist and i usually love the builds made by b33croft but this one is kinda lackluster. but it was still a good foundation for the build i made so take it as you will

Yea mate but going for a melee kill on death sentence right before a reload is needed is a tough one. I never use melee, only when I get converted cops or stun cloakers. I could see why others may like that though mate!

I’m doing this build however when I get to the part where I would unlock frenzy I only have 3 skill points left compared to your 12. Any ideas? I made sure everything before that is what you had selected.

6:12 Doesn't Berserker's damage buff only reach 100% when you are at 0% health? So with Frenzy's 30% health your Berserker will only have 40% of it's maximum effect, which means +40% ranged damage and +100% melee/saw damage.
In this case it would be better to ace Body Expertise (and some other skills) instead to get that 90% headshot damage when spraying into the crowd with your LMG.

love your vids and builds! Also I would like to ask whats your opinion on Jokers on DSOD. Are they worth the points or its better to spend them elsewhere? I think the added bonus movement speed and (mby health?) can be good on Anarchist and they act like a bullet sponge for your team. I think 4+8 targets are better than only 4. Jokers are great on dsod mate, you’ll see most of my builds use them. It’s one of those that I got so used to using that I feel strange when I don’t have them lol
I would take blood thrist insted of pumping iron because of how long it takes to reload LMGs

I use the full vest for 400hp, I can get shot 4 times
10second regen gets me 80 hp, but bullseye gets me 20 every 2.
So I either headshot or I die.
I chose the MAC for secondary to synergyse with smg skills.
I've heard the BV and the HBV have the same regen interval of the LBV an suit. Is this true?
I don’t believe so mate, just suit and lbv are the same
Idk if it's as good on DS as it is on Ovk, Mayhem, or DW, but I'm really partial to Bloodthirst in the brawler tree for any lmg build, especially when the alternative is Pumping Iron (bluh).
Basically, I get to dump loads of ammo, building up a melee damage boost, then step out of cover, slap the nearest cop in one hit, get back into cover and reload insanely quickly. I also run Lock and Load Aced because on the M60/MG42 lmgs, even a 40% reload speed boost feels amazing, and is basically free (bonus brownie points if you use either/both reload speed boost to boost the reloads of your Arbiter).
Tl;Dr Again, maybe Bloodthirst (and lock and load aced) just get way worse against DS enemies as opposed to Mayhem/DW (I wouldn't know, I'm not a masochist), but if I'm making a build with Berserker/Frenzy, I'm definitely using Bloodthirst to get there over Pumping Iron.

Hey, I was wondering if you could recommend any akimbo (preferably pistols) as primary weapon? That's what I was using long ago and would it would be a pleasure to play similar setup as I did before having a break from PD2 :)
I do like the akimbo grimms with akimbo skill and shotgun skills. The pistols never feel good to me, poor ammo pick up
I love this build! I'm rocking this on all loud heists and it is godly! Even without max level or much infamy, this rocks. Imagine this after I get all the requirements, holy shit. Btw, that grenade launcher is literally trash, I swapped it with the judge with HE. But on levels below DS OD, I almost never used a secondary, except for THOSE FUCKING SNIPERS, HOLY SHIT.

If you did use partners in crime (aced), would it affect the conversion of the perk deck and give you a bit more armor? Or would the difference be miniscule and not worth the skill points?

I've never gotten the izhma to work in anarchist or most builds actually, same with the compact 40, I only use those weapons when there's nothing better to use although that has never happened except in dodge with the compact 40

For me i would drop frenzy aced to basic, since the resistence isnt doing much on higher difficulties, and you wont be healing health much anyways, unless using medic bags but then itll heal you to max anyways, and take swan song aced, 100% berserker and infinite ammo for 6 second is really good, and also allows you to inspire clutch, also i use grimm db instead of the compact 40mm fire grenades because i have a peanut sized brain

i didn't know if you said this, but i understand that particular launcher when needing concealment, but is there a reason you chose that one over the others for this build?
I usually take the compact gl but to be honest the launcher one these builds really isn’t about the exact launcher but more about choosing which one you like
Wait, payday 2 is getting an update? When? And do bows (other than crossbows) still benefit by body expertise? Also I belive yo only gain the 100% damage increase by berserker at bleedout health which constantly increases by 2% for each missing percent of health below 50%
There’s been 2 updates so far, more to come. I think they patched the bows thing a long time ago mate

I have to say, there was probably fix in the game since, because 2 peace suit ensures exactly 2 second regeneration with anarchist while lightweight vest regenerates 3 second. I tested it with several times with stopwatch. Tell me if I am missing something. I also tested armor skills and with suit it was 2 seconds all the time and with vest 3 seconds :)
Yea mate, it’s not changed. The math behind it is this: suit is 10 armor every 2 seconds, lbv is 15 every 3. Which means the total is replenished at the same rate. Example: 12 seconds of regen would be 6 x 10 for the suit and 4 x 15 for lbv. Both equal 60
b33croft oh yea true, I see what you mean. I though you mean the regen rate because thats important on high difficulty, so there is always some armor to save my ass :) thats why I am voting for suit

You have to decide which skills you didn’t want and then put those points in to that skill mate
