This is the one I've been waiting for!! I probably won't get to play it, at my age, but it is looking beautiful!!! Thank you for showing us your progress!!!
As one of the Argonia writing leads (and a fellow Ohioan), this made my day! Thank you for the lovely compliment. I really hope you get to wander the Marsh someday.
It is my dream to live long enough to play these uncommercialized epics of love and passion. Not since wandering the lands of Gothic 3 has a game(Skyrim) given me such a beautiful and wondrous escape from our society.
It's seriously great! This is what responsible AI use looks like - as a placeholder it helps the devs better visualize a final product while not devaluing artist's skills. I also think it will lead to a better result since actors can better embody characters and pronounce the native argonian language.
I love the soft, almost whispery voice of the narrator. It really matches the atmosphere of the video, with the rain and soft music, and it's a really unique approach to narration that you don't often see.
I love the detail of the Cajmassu yielding while it was still alive, but after it had been thoroughly beaten, as if it were surrendering itself to you for a noble death
This is SO well put together!!! The editing really makes my shots pop. Thank you once again for allowing me to capture these moments in Argonia, it was a pleasure!
You might be better off searching in Cyrodiil. The male character in the books has an latin / imperial sounding name. The book read like Lifts-Her-Tail is the maid of an imperial noble.
Would probably be a huge lift but would be cool for there to be a quest available to people who finished the Dark Brotherhood quest in base game to rebuild the shadow scales training facility in black marsh as alluded to in the quest in base game.
I'm really loving the atmosphere and the music for Argonia. There's something really intriguing and quietly 'mystical' feeling about the sound design - what got me the most was the Location Discovered jingle. It was subtler and much quieter than Skyrim's cue. I hope this comparison is received favourably, but the music was reminding me quite a lot of David Wise's music for the Donkey Kong games as well as Star Fox Adventures. Very much looking forward to the soundtrack C:
This is the project I'm most excited for outside of High Rock. The only real notes I have for this is I feel like that frog's animations were a little slow but I imagine that'll be fixed up on release
"Chih-tihn", beh-heheh. ... Kajmasu? It's like, a fusion of a crocodile, boar, and armadillo. I'd be more than happy to admire from a distance, thanks. 😆
I am sure this will be seen to but the icon logos on the navigation bar up top, I certainly hope they won't be the same as in Skyrim. I am sure though it is placement icons for now. Lovely music, excellent visuals, the interactions are fantastic. Well done
Some of the icons will remain the same, but others will be replaced. There's a finite number of new icons that we can add to the game without requiring other mods that might mess with compatibility. So things like generic village icons and mine icons will remain, but cities and new ruin types will have their own icons.
I love it! My one thing is I'd like to see some more bioluminescent plants in the full release. Maybe they just aren't in this region of Black Marsh, and that's fine, but I'd love to see them heavily utilized in others!!
We have some bioluminescent plants already. You'll find them mostly in the depths of old Nedic ruins these days, but a few might grow on the surface here and there
@@deadsoul7409ngl that would be a neat detail. Or at least more like... It costs 3x the usual mana to cast any spell that summons a daedric creature successfully, or the spell has a 66.7% chance to fail.

I think Argonia is the BS project I’m the most excited about (closely followed by Atmora). It just has such a different and interesting vibe and the region looks awesome
You'll get that in other regions of Argonia, especially Murkwood - which coincidentally just over the mountains from that village. You may have noticed a gate behind Bijum-Naat's house as we approached it. If you go through that, and up and over the pass, you'll start descending into Murkwood.
2:19 you want "lessened" not "lessoned" pronounced the same but different meanings. This looks great, I was especially please to see proper animations for the spear instead of just recycling the existing two handed animations.
There are at least two other typos that slipped past initial notice. If you can spot them, think about applying as an editor! You've got the attention to detail that we need.
I have a question, in skyrim whe get Dragons attacking us its new to no one, but im saying dragons are llike a random boss mob that encounter you in some areas, have others regions of tamriel whe will get some random mob boss too ? Maybe terrestrial big predators, aquatic too or more aerial big predators.... Im really have a doubt about that 😅
I can't confirm anything at this time, but we do have a creature in mind that will be fulfilling a dragon-like gameplay niche for Argonia, though it's unlikely to attack you at random like dragons do. It wouldn't be flying and the density of foliage in Argonia's forests and swamps will make it hard for a big land-based creature to maneuver around in many places.
Literally not going to play this mod unless they include an Argonian brothel. I may be a proud Nord through and through, but I also know what scales feel like upon the skin when taking a lusty maiden.
I think you'll be (relatively) safe regardless. The books being referenced here are meant more in the vein of the Lusty Argonian Maid. Just inuendo and euphemisms meant for comedic effect, not actually tended to be graphic.
@@Reedstilt i know, these guys seem to be more focused and have proper quality control compared to the Frontier. It was just the first joke that popped into my head upon hearing that line
