I never understood how a child thinks that it is mandatory for a parent to leave thousands upon thousands for life insurance. I can see to pay for burial expenses and or bills the child becomes responsible for but anything else is the parents choice .and they do not have to make them millionaires .

What a mess. Tony was an awful dad and husband to his first family. Then Let Joanne take over and isolate his older daughters and left them nothing till he was angry at Joanne and guilted into it by one of the older daughters being with him when he made a new will. He wasn't a great guy. Very weak and selfish. But he did not deserve to be killed by his younger family. Why not just show her the jewellery wasn't there or better still, give it to her? It makes no sense to sell it. It can't have been worth anything. They were clearly not rich. Also makes me laugh so much he planted 3 pines and called It 3 pines for husband wife and 1 child- and twice didn't forsee he might have 2 children with each wife!! Not very bright or forward thinking these people!!

I heard ALL about this when it happened & I live in TEXAS !! To myself & MANY, MANY others, this was just a HORRIFIC Act of Violence, even in Texas, such an act seems ALMOST inconceivable !! They ALL got off very, VERY easy !! In Texas, Tony's murder would have been considered a First Degree Murder with Special Circumstances (Lying in Wait & Conspiracy) for ALL FIVE of these, as we say in Texas, "Tabacco Road Trash". ALL FIVE of these TRT would have gotten Life, one might have EVEN gotten the DP. In the end, there were REALLY three victims, Tony and his first two loving daughters. I am SO sorry for them, for they really loved their father. As for the two snakes Tony fathered, with their TRT of a mother, is it ANY wonder ?? Trash begets trash !! REST IN PEACE, TONY !!
