Calisthenics are great accessory exercises. But only weight training gives you measurable progressive overload. Not to mention that at some point your body weight it's just not enough for stimulus.

Boy this is a really good guide, especially on the outdoor Calisthenics set up as I do most my exercises outdoors. Didn’t think of those exercises (Calisthenics variations) for leg training. 👍👌👏
I don’t want to be that guy, but isn’t a regular barbell squat just weighted calisthenics?
Legs are probably the only bodypart where you need weight, machines and equipments.... building big legs with calisthenics is almost imposibble
