    Thanks for watching! Let's see the interest between upper and lower body training now as these two videos run parallel on the channel as recent uploads (and the upper body part was very popular). This will probably mirror and give an indication of the interest between them. I really hope the interest of choosing to watch lower body training content isn't as low as it currently appears to be...

    Calisthenics are great accessory exercises. But only weight training gives you measurable progressive overload. Not to mention that at some point your body weight it's just not enough for stimulus.

    Boy this is a really good guide, especially on the outdoor Calisthenics set up as I do most my exercises outdoors. Didn’t think of those exercises (Calisthenics variations) for leg training. 👍👌👏

    Legs are probably the only bodypart where you need weight, machines and equipments.... building big legs with calisthenics is almost imposibble
