Tesla couldn’t POSSIBLY make a vehicle that would receive a good review could they? Oh wait….
@@chags3512 why do y’all Tesla fans always come out swinging anytime someone criticizes the car? 😂 you’re like the Swifties of the car world. Not even saying the car deserves bad reviews to begin with.
@@HappyHappy-sq4ij you literally said it seems sponsored (read as influenced) by Tesla. We do this because of all the naysayers. The cars are game changing. That’s all there is to it. People just hate change.
@@chags3512 I think it may be over-sensitivity in this case. I’m a huge fan of carmom. She normally goes into way more detail and covers more lifestyle/workflow fit. Fact that she didn’t, was a bit disappointing to me. As someone who’s contemplating a Tesla, it would’ve been cool to hear about details that involved parents naturally think of.
Ps- I don’t think it’s unreasonable to assume that someone as controlling as Elon would have these kinds of stipulations for loaned vehicles (owned distribution model, comments made in interviews, etc…). Not knocking the approach either. Core reason behind is success is his ability to think differently.
Just pointing out that she’s up and coming channel w a Tesla loaner… with different tone than usual. Again, not saying the car is inherently bad but would’ve been cool to get more detail like in older posts.
Also, kinda hard for ppl to take y’all Tesla fans seriously when you go so hard with the positives as if there can’t be any negatives to the car; period. Tesla is a great car for some and not so great for others. Were you level-headed, productive dialogue would be possible but the bias is pretty strong. Admire the passion though. I have like zero for my Mazda 😂
@@HappyHappy-sq4ij haha. I’ve owned my Tesla for six years. I still find reasons to just drive it. They are that good. I’ve saved thousands of dollars in fuel and maintenance costs, the car has instant acceleration which makes it fun to drive and allows for maneuverability in and out of traffic when needed, for passing, etc. the tech is hard to beat and for families, the storage is almost impossible to beat, even if they are smaller than midsize or larger SUVs. My model 3 sedan has more cargo room than most gas crossovers overall because of the front trunk and sub rear trunk areas.
girl, would you buy a Tesla model Y?
Lol basic was the correct word.
Some would call it Spartan.
refresh model 3 is way better interior quality than this modelY… save your money folks and wait for the new refresh model Y
Amen.
does it sound weird inside? my wife tried a demo for the weekend and she said it fucked up her ears (she has ear issues)
The Tesla still has no 360 camera which blows my mind
It is an MPV not a SUV.
The 3rd row seats are horrid.
😯👍
No spare tire, range on an interstate is not 310. Expect 230 to 250 for range. 0 % to 80 % takes 30 min. then 80 to 100 % takes another 30 mins at a supercharger.
Very few vehicles come with spare tires. Most people don’t drive enough miles to have to stop to charge. On road trips, just stop for your meals and charge. Not an issue.
@@chags3512 no chargers in areas I like to visit. If I don't charge to 100% I can't make it home. If staying on the interstates then I agree road trips are easy, but if on normal highways it's not easy to travel. It's frustrating that cars are getting rid of spare tires. I've had to use my model y spare already twice within a year.
@@eucryan you don’t need chargers IN the areas you are visiting. Surely there are some on your route there or back.
@@chags3512 none on the way there or back. I've had to travel 40 miles completely out of my way just to charge and then be able to make it home when I didn't charge to 100%. I've tried to convince the power company there to atleast install a 220 charger, but no luck.
Definitely didn’t invent the frunk
VW had a frunk as early as 1938.
Some people should stay away from reviewing cars because there's no real wheel dual motor. LOL
IF you wish a REAL three row SUV look to the new Kia EV
Tablet on wheels. Also, don’t get a flat tire. All vehicles need a spare tire.
Whoa…she talks quickly!
Yuk. Just don't like the way it looks! Plus those cars have safety recalls like every month! Nope😮
SHE NICE LADY!!!! 🤩🤩🤩 BUT NOT A FAN TESLA!!! CHEAPLY MADE CRAZY GLUE PUT TOGETHER PLAIN DASHBOARD 😮😮😮😮😮😮
For those who like to be stranded with their families in bad weather it is the perfect car
They're great in bad weather. Not sure where you get your information.
Why would they be stranded?
@@chags3512 maybe you should try traveling in Michigan in winter in a EV
@@jamesocker5235 why are you driving over 150 miles a day in the winter? That’s the only time there MIGHT be an issue.
@@jamesocker5235 I live in Ann Arbor and it’s absolutely fine. Maybe take a drivers ed winter course
I can tell who probably owns Tesla stock by reading the comments.
clean that camera lense, can't watch more then a few mins its horrible.
FYI charging isn't a pain (as you suggested) for 99.9% of EV owners. It is only a pain for the uneducated.
For 100 million apartment dwellers in America, charging IS a pain.
@@DerekDavis213According to Annette all apartment/ condo/townhouse dwellers are uneducated.
Yep go sit on ass at charging station when super charger us broken, or duper charge your battery and have it have a shorter life. Then try to recycle. Your a clueless virtue signaler
This comment shows that you are uneducated and rude.
@@DerekDavis213my apartment in downtown Atlanta had 13 chargers in it. Dedicated EV chargers. That doesn’t even consider just a regular 110 outlet in a garage if some one absolutely needed it.
Point is, if someone wants this car and lives in an apartment, there are options
It's no big deal like an iPhone overrated vehicle
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and in my eyes there is no way I would drive that. Ugly.
People say that Model Y looks kind of like Pontiac Aztek.
Gotta get the red or quicksilver IMO
Flat chested
tesla is gay car lol
this car is a joke! poor fit and finish! can't open the car door at times! 240$ per month in insurance cost, I am a perfect second driver too over 30, warning can't just call the dealership if you have issues ! wheels get road rash just by looking at them, tires are poor just look at the face, prices change every month so my value goes down not stable company what a joke, I want my money back Tesla
Yawn….. go stoke some fear elsewhere. Fwiw- my insurance is ~100/month as a 29M in Michigan
