Another admirable thing was that Chris Knight (Ex-Peter) admitted that he hated doing the Brady Bunch Kids Tour Concert in 1973 because he knew he couldn't "sing". He had a realism about himself that a lot of Teen Idols didn't have and got major slices of Humble Pie in the future.

I'm sorry, but while I get what they were trying to teach here, it's not believable because while Mike Brady was correct about "power to the press", school press doesn't have much power. When l was in school, nobody cared what the school newspaper geeks wrote in their columns and they certainly were not going to give favors to those people.
This was one of my least favorite epusodes because in Middle school, the press has no power. Literally, nobody cares if you write good things about them in the school newspaper.
I wonder how much of their bottom line was affected by having the cast wear Hang Ten shirts? They were all the rage in the early 1970s. I know I had to have them.
