What happens to the excess skin? Is this possible for batwings?
If the cervicomental angle can accommodate the excess skin, it can be moved there. However, if excess skin is the main issue, then a necklift will likely be a better option
what if the patient 60+ slim, doesnt need lipo and just needs to contour the jaw line ? is it possible ?
Very possibly. But remember that the loose skin issue is likely a result of sun exposure and excessive platysma (muscle) motion which stretches the skin out and with the loss of elasticity the skin laxity can be detract from contouring results
