    From what I'm aware of, Saitama never mentioned he done each set at one time. Meaning we've always assumed he done it all at once. Meaning he could have broken it down into two sets and with his banana after each set.
    Imagine Saitama looking at you with a blank stare saying. "I never said I done it at one time."

    I like these videos. As an unsolicited idea for future videos, I do think it would be neat to see how these anime challenges could be progressed. I think something like the OPM challenge is a great example of something that's really tough for beginners, but rapidly stops having enough resistance for even slightly more experienced beginners (with the exception of the run, which is just genuinely hard). It would be fun to show how you could keep the spirit of the workout, while still making it effective for intermediate athletes and maybe making it a little more holistic (a pull exercise, and maybe a back extension exercise, for instance). Where do you go next after the OPM workout. Just a thought!

    Thanks for the realistic feedback. Glad it helped with your heart rate, just like with cars some of the most important parts are the ones you can’t see ie. engine and suspension.

    Get a pair of gymnastics rings and start working out with them start with five basics and work your way up to a muscle up it be a cool challenge

    • @normaldean
      @normaldean 3 роки тому +1

      what are the five basic ring exercises? might try it myself

    • @ryanslife4478
      @ryanslife4478 3 роки тому +1

      @@normaldean my apologies I meant to say the basics. Not five basics but if your new to the rings start with your basic support hold with the rings turned out then start with push ups then slowly start working on dips on them great exercises you have to stabilize your self so your working all stabilizer muscles rings are amazing for building strength and muscle I could on forever get a pair find some UA-cam tutorials on them and start training

    Why don't you literally do a 'one punch man' in a training setting e.g. boxing ring. That I would love to see, but this sucks
