Thank you for showing this. I live in Center City/Chinatown and wondered how other areas in Philly were doing. Bless you and stay safe.
So sad to see what voting democrat for decades has done to the black community.
Don't blame it on the Democrats, I keep my home CLEAN. Some people just don't wanna put the effort in.
Please vote Rep. WHAT THE HELL DO YOU GOT TO LOOSE TRUMP
@Blunted206 Then vote 3rd party and throw your vote out the window because they never win nor will they ever. It's not "both parties" it's the left..always is and always will be. They are con artists and buying one mansion after another while these people you see here suffer.
@Blunted206 They are much better than democrats but do what you want, I don't have to live like this.
Thank you Charlie Bo

Homes look nothing special but some of the cars look fairly nice.
That's good rich baby ya fill me
Word
Some people I know choose to live in these rougher areas because the cost of living is really cheap...so that could explain some of the cars
I think people in these areas have their cars as a status symbol.
Cars are easy to purchase. No different than anywhere else. It probably just stands out more when you're looking at a neighborhood filled with with 85 year old row houses. That aren't maintained well.
I love my city 🌃❤️ but I agree we gotta work on the trash problem 🤦🏼♀️

Why are the streets so dirty? Lack of education ?
Stfu
What does education have to do with dirty streets? You could have a PhD and still live in the ghetto.
Man y'all have to take care y'all city😭😭 The buildings are beautiful and y'all just allow it to run down. I'm from New Orleans and I don't see trash everywhere but you may see from time to time. I live in Houston now though where they don't play that at all. I have seen it here though in a few places where people don't care. Y'all infrastructure is amazing and the city is gorgeous. Exactly I grew up in North Philadelphia but it was nothing like this. How should I say it without offending people And you wonder why they help other minorities before they help us. You wonder why some white people move out when we move in. Is this what I got to look forward to when I come home next year
A rapper from Brooklyn NY by the name of Sky Zoo made a song that reminds me of Philadelphia.....its called " Beautiful Decay " .....
I'm all for the betterment of living conditions but I will hate the day when all these row houses & projects are tore down in Philly, it will only be memories & stories to tell the youth of that generation about what a real ghetto or hood was once like.
never understood being dirty! Even when you are poor, you can be clean! I have family that is poor and they are so dirty. Even if they were rich, they would still be dirty because they are lazy in the cleaning department!
Smh, that's sad. People mentality need to be fixed. You right, you don't have to have alot of money to be clean. Living in depressed conditions will make anybody depressed. I rather have a half empty clean house than a full dirty one. I dont care if I have to sit on the floor, it will be clean. From top to bottom , from the outside on in.
Is their mentality is they're gonna blame it all on the city or definitely the white man
They out of order how they got them people living they could of updated them homes
Bruuuuuuh here alleys in South STL is wider than that! 😖
Philly is one of the most narrowest cities
I don't think they can be any narrower than this...
South Philly had the Italian Mafia. Some families are still around.

@Daddys Fastest Swimmer
Yeah I don't think this is the case in alot of Charlie's videos of black neighborhoods where they all look like shitholes. When will we acknowledge that its the people and not anything else?
Replace the entire black population there with Japanese people and that same area will be clean as hell in a few days if that. Why? Because some people have pride for their community and of wanting to make wherever they live to be a nicer, better place and they will work together with people to make that happen.
