    Serge I understood yeast should not touch salt when you add them otherwise it will not activate. Can you comment on that?

      Sorry for the late response, it is true but you need a big amount of salt to kill the east.. I have never seen this happened in my 22 years of cooking, maybe it's a myth after all..lol
