Most people we regard as creative geniuses in the arts and sciences created new ways of thinking and solving problems past the age of 25. Like you said, it’s about lifestyle.
There was this study that put people between the ages of 50 and 60 something into a program of a typical college student with few classes each week for 6 to 8 weeks. Their level of learning new materials picked up dramatically for this short period, they were not on the level of younger people(not far off either) but also younger people have been learning for 20 years straight. Fascinating study.
As a 27yr old with a child and a wife, you have to use ur time wisely and with that time do exactly what you said you would. Otherwise you end up doing nothing.
Hey Dimitri, I’ve watched a lot of your videos and you have helped me a lot in determining my career goals. I love math and really want to have a career in quant research/modeling. I was thinking about getting an MFE or masters in quantitative finance. I am currently going into my second year of undergrad and I am an applied math major and I was wondering if I should double major in applied math and statistics and possibly even minor in computer science or if it would be overkill and I should just focus on the applied math major. Thank you so much for all your help!
@dimitri Bianco , I am starting my MSC financial Mathematics this september from QMUL , I would like to be mentored by you throughout my career , Can i get your email-id so i can ask you a couple of questions? I promise i wont spam you.
thanks for ur view

@@MatthewVenzie thanks for being a part of the channel! I would select just one minor. Really focus on your courses and don't get too spread out.
@@DimitriBiancoOkay thank you so much!
Дмитрий Бьянко?)
never!
wth you cant just drop that your applying quantum principles to credit modeling and not explain 😭
@litical3719 it's loosely based on quantum but it's a proprietary framework. I'm hoping one day to be able to publish even if a very vague version.
@@DimitriBianco please make a community post when u do publish even if it is vague it sounds very interesting .
