Shoutout to the director of this video. It's so well done- some great shots of Sandro and Kyrre in the studio and great interviews with them talking about the song. Then to cap it off at the end they each talk about the moment they found out when Tim died. I remember that moment myself and I was utterly shocked and saddened by it. Very tasteful and well done all around.

I heard the news that Avicii passed away. I was like 'Ye, ye whatev.' Then I was on my computer looking at the news and even the news said 'Avicii found dead at 28.' I was like hell no, this can't be real then i went onto youtube, and there were tons of video dedicated to him. Then I started filling up my tears on the inside. Someone who inspired and influenced me to make music sadly passed away. The only way I knew Kygo was when I was in my living on my computer just playing games, I heard this song being played from a room upstairs, it sounded like someone singing the word 'Raging'. I was on my computer doing what I was doing and then I noticed the picture of a video saying 'Raging' and so l clicked on it because it sound familiar to a voice that I her upstairs singing. I clicked on the video and there it was. The year 2016, I clicked on this video. I heard this song 'Raging'. I noticed the name Kygo on it. I was like 'Who is this guy?' so I searched him up and thats when it all started. Thats when I decided to start creating music inspired by Kygo.

Study studio acustic treatment and software for fixing room eq, make and test diy panels(in spare time), get some serius hardware(semi analog synths, Vari-Mu compressor or similar, analog EQ), multiple monitors and headphones...that is something i am planing to do. Good luck

If the only thing you got is pc, get headphones(sony 7605 or similar) and do your best to learn about octaves and chords, play with recording your own sounds and modify them(mic, mobile phone etc). Download Synth1, eFemme, Tone2 firebird, Ganymed, SQ8L.. those are good free synths. You can pay "rent" (10$/m) for deals that let you use 10+ solid plugins, that is a good deal.. Go to Legowelt website and download good amount of free analog samples. Good luck to you! Cheers
