Hell Rioko from tenchi muyo Would honestly wipe the floor with Misaka. But don't get me wrong I still love the a certain scientific/magical series: )

I love how not even this guy, who claimed to be so good at watching others, was able to tell Misaka from one of her sisters or vice versa, but Kongo was. Kind of fitting that this brought his ultimate downfall here, while Misaka was just there to get revenge for him hurting Kongo.

(Also didn’t Tomau actually get knocked out when Mikasa used an actual heavy attack. Than barely win the fight with accelerator after getting help from the mikasa sisters. Tomau has bad luck,but let’s not ignore the fact that he manage to survive much of his fights because of having really good luck.But still for a person with no actual abilities(specifically when fighting espers) he does pretty well,and succeeds is staying conscious by the end of the fight.)
I love this scene, but I prefer the Manga interpretation where instead of just passing out, he’d gotten so freaked out he was foaming at the mouth beforehand 😆
I had the distinct pleasure of watching this on Japanese television when I visited Tokyo about 4 years ago, and even without understanding much of the dialogue, this was such a bad ass scene.
