As much as I love your website and work, honeslty for A2, the topics havent been arrnaged as the C34 book. But then the videos for C12 were arranged just like the C12 book. Nevertheless thank you so much for all the effort youve put in!
How about if you are not given any frequency table? Histogram is drawn to represent weights of adults visiting doctors. one bar has width 30 and height 0.5. Another bar represents the same frequency but height of 0.2 what was the width of the second bar?
Assuming area is directly proportional to Frequency, what do you think the frequency of the 1st bar is? The clue is to use the formula Frequency = Frequency density x Class width. Hope this helps.
The histogram questions I'm doing though don't give you the height and width for other intervals so I'm working off no real information. Confused what to do in that situation
because look at the table, there no gap between each class. first one is 90-95, the next is 95-105. there is no gap between the upper limit of one class and the lower limit of the other. You only use bounds when say the first class is 90-95 and the second class is 96-105. in this case there is a gap between 95 and 96 so we use 95.5 as the upper bound for the first class and lower bound for the second. Gd luck with your exam tomorrow.
This is the last video of yours that i'll be watching. Thank you man, you got me through Accelerated Mathematics. I couldn't have done it without you
Why would anyone dislike this video?!? It's literally a perfect holistic explanation of what to do and why!
Thank you for this
Thanks for your support J. J
you're a legend, cheers! always seemed to mess up on the 3 markers on these, this helped.
Hi, I rarely comment but I just wanted to say, thank you so much for your concise videos and explanations, it’s so helpful!
OMGGG HOW MUCH I'VE BEEN STRUGGLING WITH THIS!! I EVEN LOOKED ON YOUR WEBSITE BUT COULDN'T FIND THIS! THANK YOU SO SO SO MUCH!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Makes me think I need to make a better index.

Yooo, I have my S1 paper in like 2 hours and this helped me a lot…
Thanks man :)
I hope it went well. Best wishes.
You're a lifesaver!!
Thank you so much for making all of your videos, I don't know what I would do without them!
fantastic explanation, thanks. best math teacher ever. relying on you to get me an A in maths. thanks for all the videos
did you get an A in the end?
it’s currently 2 hours before my exam. thank you man, you helped me a lot ❤❤❤
Thank you so much for this video! It really helped me understand histograms and their features❤
This helped me sooooo much!!! Thank you!!!!
Pleased to hear it helped
AGAIN!! AS ALWAYS! SAVINING MILLIONS OF LIVES
Such a old video, yet it helps in 2022! Never underestimate anything!!
Thanks so much!

I worked it out found the height to be 75. Did you get the same?
Thank you so much!!! This video was very helpful!
can't you use the fact that the area of the bar is proportional to the frequency to work out height and width
Great Explanation Thank you Thank you Thank you
+العنود محمد Thank you
i literally love you so much!
Thank you so much. This really helped
Glad it helped!
You’re the best 🎉
Thank you so much!! 🤗
Thank you so much!!!!!!
But how will we find the height if there isn't even a single height of column given?
thank you so much this was simple and clear
You're welcome
The histogram questions I'm doing though don't give you the height and width for other intervals so I'm working off no real information. Confused what to do in that situation
Thanks sir
Really helpful, thanks!
Well done
Thank you alot i really needed this
You're welcome.
Sir, please tell me why we take width and length in these sums.
Because the area of a bar is proportional to the frequency
@@ExamSolutions_Mathssir, thanks for clearing my doubt .
i love you this is amazing
thank you
You're welcome. Thanks.
Arent you suppose to convert the e.g.
90 -95 into
89.5 - 95.5
OK, but what do I do if I don't HAVE a width or height for any of the class intervals?
Jazakallah
thank u so so so so so much :))))))))
why did he not do 105.5-94.5
End and beginning of each boundary overlaps, so you don't need to find the midpoint class boundary.
you're a legend :)
🙂
is this GCSE level
?
You should know how to find the width and height of a class interval at Both GCSE and A level
Why didnt you use upper bound and lower bound for class widths
because look at the table, there no gap between each class. first one is 90-95, the next is 95-105. there is no gap between the upper limit of one class and the lower limit of the other. You only use bounds when say the first class is 90-95 and the second class is 96-105. in this case there is a gap between 95 and 96 so we use 95.5 as the upper bound for the first class and lower bound for the second.
Gd luck with your exam tomorrow.
Boby Gandhi thank you mate
sick
the class widths are incorrect
THIS IS STUPID I STILL DONT UNDERSTAND THANKS ALOT
